"Very friendly staff upon entry and exit. Venue was able to store luggage as we were there earlier than check in time and we were also able to use the amenities such as the bathrooms/showers/ patio area/kitchen. Room is smaller than expected but still quite cozy and comes with shower gels, shampoo, towels ! Would recommend to bring a pair of slippers. Central location is very convenient and next to most attractions making them walkable."

"Thank you Lucy, Jack, and Emma for taking good care of me. This was one of the best hostels I’ve ever experienced. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and invited to play beach volleyball. At night we played drinking games and had a welcome party. Then we enjoyed a pub crawl where we enjoyed VIP entrance to a couple of clubs. I would definitely stay here again. I met so many people. I had the best time. The bathrooms were sooo clean. They even cooked dinner for us for free!!! The only negative is that rooms and bathrooms were a bit small."

PPengguna TetamuI had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Barcelona Skipper. The hotel is elegant and well-located, just a short walk from the beach and many city attractions.
What truly made the experience special was the warm and welcoming attitude of the front desk staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel at home.
A special thanks to Tiago, who stood out for his kindness and positive energy. He was consistently helpful and courteous, and his genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
Highly recommend this hotel—not just for its facilities, but especially for the outstanding service from the lobby team.

JJesusMThe hotel really need to raise their bar. They are charging you a really high rate night when they do not meet the expectations. Room was not cleaned properly, for at least few weeks, as there were dust bunnies and dust buildups in more than one place. The roof of the bathroom was falling down. I will reconsider staying here when you have cheaper options.

DDamironkzThe hotel is neat and clean throughout. I really liked the room’s design and interior—it’s tastefully done. The reception staff is friendly and speaks English. While there were no bathrobes or water initially, they brought them quickly, even late at night. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and you’ll need to take the metro to reach the city center. The breakfast is diverse and delicious—you can even enjoy champagne in the morning!

JJeidaGreat staff and service. We were upgraded because they was a mistake in our booking. Cool 2nd floor rooftop. Gets noisy on the weekends so if you are looking for quiet, ask for a room higher than the second floor and not above the rooftop. We did have ants in our room attracted by food we had in the room so just don't keep food outside, even packed. Leave everything in the fridge.
The staff resolved the issue quickly.
Breakfast options are so so. Probably not worth it when you have very nice coffee shops next to the hotel.
The room seems a bit dated, especially the shower.

PPengguna TetamuReception staff were great but the hotel lacked atmosphere. It looked quite dreary. The bedroom was clean and well equipped although a kettle would have been useful in addition to the coffee maker as not everyone drinks coffee. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area was deserted and the floor of the pool was dirty. There was nothing inviting about the area and we didn’t want to spend any time there. There were a few supermarkets close by. The breakfast was ok but the choices were a bit limited, however there were some good touches with soya milk and vegan yoghurts.

Ia bagus~~Terdapat pusat membeli-belah berhampiran di hadapan Hilton Diagonal Hotel, jadi ia bagus untuk membeli-belah yang ringkas :) Oh, dan restoran di hadapan. pusat membeli-belah semuanya sangat lazat*^^*

GGhosty 666I had a really good stay at the SB Diagonal. The hotel’s location made the trip – it’s in a great area with easy access to the city centre, so getting around Barcelona was simple. The room and overall feel of the place were spot on, clean and comfortable throughout.
The food and bar weren’t the strongest part of the stay, but everything else more than made up for it. The staff were friendly, the hotel was well kept, and it was a great base for exploring the city. I’d happily stay here again!
