Ha un comodo parcheggio pubblico a pagamento a breve distanza,le camere sono un po’ antiquate ma e’ stato un’ottimo compromesso per il prezzo che lo abbiamo pagato rispetto alla media degli alberghi in quella zona.
La zona e’ molto carina,vicino al teatro,place de la bourse il fiume e molti ristorantini.
Nel complesso lascio una recensione positiva."

The location is a 10-15 min walk away from the train station due to the layout of the train tracks, however it is also served frequently by tram C. Upside is its in a good, quiet and clean neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle.
Very modern, clean and chic hotel. Comfortable sized rooms and toilet. Reception served by delightful and polite ladies.

Pengguna TetamuA bit quirky modern decoration, but the room is quite big, and everything is super clean with helpful staffs at all time (can feel the Marriott signature here). Gina restaurant on level 9 is not bad at all though a relatively limited a la carte menu (restaurant is also breakfast place with a very good breakfast buffet). There is also an indoor pool on level 9, great for winter though level of chlorine was quite high (so you don't soak as long as u wish?). I have not used the Gym, but equipments are aplenty and seems inbgood condition. Very good modern and functional hotel, only 10mins drive from downtown Bordeaux.

Modern and well maintained hostel. Every member of staff I spoke with were always very helpful and friendly. No communal kitchen unfortunately but there is a microwave which was very useful. Laundry room, small gym always a positive!
Location is bit far of a walk from the center, but trams are located no more than 5 minutes away. Also a short walk away from Les Halles de Bacalan and plenty of bars and clubs if that's your sort of thing.

Gorgeous and clean hotel with a great, friendly and helpful staff! Amenities are really a great addition, especially the pool, sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after our long travels. A little far of a walk from the city center (approx. 40 min) but if you don't mind walking and exploring, it's definitely worthwhile. There's still a lot to do around the area. (Restaurants, small shops, etc)

The hotel is situated in an ideal area close to many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Be aware that you cannot park outside the hotel. It is best to contact the hotel and ask for the name of the parking garage that you can get a discount to park in.
The room is a good size and our balcony had a decent view. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is well-appointed. Toothbrushes and other hygiene products are not available in the room.
The value for money is quite good, considering the location. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Pengguna TetamuGreat surprise and very well priced for the quality of this hotel! Rooms are very spacious and modern. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped.
Location is convenient from Gare St Jean but quite far from shops and most restaurants.
The rooftop bar and restaurant are a great service to have on site but not open early enough in the day.

ONG MING JIConveniently situated next to the main train station, this hotel makes exploring the area a breeze with its easy access to the TBM. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. However, my room lacked a mini fridge and the water dispenser at my level was missing. While these amenities aren’t standard, I’m confident you can make any reasonable request through the hotel service.

I stayed here for total 6 nights. Great location with easy access to everything. The hospitality was excellent — staff were helpful, warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Facilities were clean and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. Highly recommended.

EffyOhh🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill.
🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday.
🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.

I would suggest bath mats in the shower particularly for older people, once the water has hit the shower it tends to be a bit slippery.
I would also suggest that perhaps down at the barrier area they might introduce fries so that you can have just snacks with your drinks rather than food.
Additionally, while it was warm outside, depending on the type of year, the air conditioning at that level was not fully functional.
The staff were for always eager to help and would go out of their way to ensure that our needs were met.
