"I spent comfortably throughout this stay. The room has enough space to relax. It was so clean and well maintained that I felt like being at home.
The location is also nice. You can get access to this hotel from Paris central district within 30 mins. The price was also pretty reasonable considering the location and their service."

MMarble202I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests.
Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality.
The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

JJessW94Hotel service was amazing. Staff allowed us an early check in and everyone we dealt with were super friendly. Room is small but clean. Great location, easy to get around. Ammenities were great, gym and sauna. Highly recommend.

0024Location is very neat to train station, restuarant and supermaket. A small hotel with lift but u still have staircase before the lift. Managed to get the staff to carry my luggage. The reason i gave poot is no heater in the room during winter period.the room is super cold without heater.

Les points suivants sont à améliorer :
- Le temps du Check in où on vous fait même signer un papier comme quoi vous allez prendre le petit déjeuner et que le lendemain ils n’ont pas votre nom sur la feuille du petit déjeuner 😏.
- Le contrôle des chambres avant l’affectation : notre chambre sentait fort le moisi et nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre.
- Le service du petit déjeuner où vous n’êtes pas informés de ce qui est compris dans la formule et qu’il faut tout demander. Pas de service de débarrassage des assiettes vides non plus.
Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas à la hauteur d’un quatre étoiles.

+ Location: From the hotel it's a few mins walk to the M14 line, a new and safe metro line that is connected tobAirport Orly and Gare du Lyon train station (RER A/B trains to Disneyland Paris and Charles de Gaulle Airport). M14 can also take you into central Paris to see the Louvre, Notre Dame and Palais Garnier within 30mins.
+ Cleanliness: The room, including water and towels, was refreshed daily.
+ Air Conditioning: The a/c worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
- The TV did not have chromecast or similar wifi-streaming features available.

RRuqingdanbai衞生 位置 和設施都很好 但是唯一不滿意的是定的最貴的房型 就是為了靠街邊的陽台拍照好看 結果被安排到最轉角的內側的房間 和前台説明情況但卻告知説 以為check in晚來所以靠窗邊的房間都被安排完了 可是很荒謬的是 我和我朋友11點就在前台放行李 那時候酒店説不可以辦理入住要等到三點 看了網路上都推薦這家 因為陽台好看 總之蠻失望的
早餐 還行吧 中規中矩 感覺四星酒店可以做的很好

OOmar knowsIt was nice and the service was okay also. But no bellboy in the front door and the umbrella rental machine wasnt working but thats not an issue. The location was impeccable you cant miss the eiffel tower and its near to so many restaurants that close late. The staff was as accommodating as can be and the rooms were clean and pretty big compared to the other hotels in the area

PPengguna TetamuThere are paid luggage lockers available on Level 6 near the café area. I rented a medium-sized locker, as the large lockers were sold out. However, there was no clear indication of the locker dimensions prior to purchase. After completing the payment, I realized that the medium locker was not large enough to accommodate my 24” luggage. As a result, I had no alternative but to leave my luggage in a corner of the room.
I returned to the property to check in at approximately 8:30–9:00 PM. Upon approaching the front desk, the staff member informed me that her shift had ended and that her colleague was scheduled to take over. However, her colleague was not present at the counter and was reportedly at the Level 6 café, as seen on the CCTV monitor. I was asked to wait for more than 10 minutes, and in total, the process took approximately 15 minutes before she eventually assisted with registering my passport. While I appreciate that she completed the check-in for me, I was unclear why the registration could not have been handled immediately, as it only required a few minutes. Additionally, the staff member who was scheduled to be on duty did not appear during this time.
Overall, the room was clean, and I particularly like the curtains, which provided good privacy. Theres spaces to keep our shoes and luggages in the room, and remember to bring a lock padif you worried things might get stolen. The shared bathrooms were maintained at an acceptable level of cleanliness. I had a pleasant four-night stay, and the location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro.
However, there are a few areas for improvement. It would be beneficial to have a small pantry area where guests could sit, relax, or have their meals. Providing basic amenities such as a microwave and a water kettle would also enhance the overall guest experience.

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers.
I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris.
There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper.
The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel.
I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night.
The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars.
In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room.
It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****.
We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear.
Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us.
Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them.
We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day.
Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me.
I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug.
I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare.
As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
