Very cozy, clean hotel, excellent friendly staff, many thanks, I had a great rest!!

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in after midnight following a long day of travel and, being exhausted, didn’t double-check whether I’d been given the room I actually paid for. The next morning, I woke up early for a 5am bike tour and noticed something felt off, but I was too tired to fully process it. When I returned from the tour and tried to nap, I was woken by loud noise from the hallway, followed by a call from reception saying someone needed to come into my room to fix the air conditioning—something I wasn’t even aware was an issue. I was half-asleep but let them in because they insisted. The next morning, I was woken up again—this time by very loud noise from the room next door. I finally checked my booking on Trip.com and realized I hadn’t been given the room I reserved, which included a city view. I went to reception and explained the issue. The man at the front desk told me very bluntly that the hotel prioritizes placing families in rooms next to each other and that, because I was traveling alone, I was not a priority. That’s why I didn’t get the room I paid for. This was extremely disappointing—not only because I didn’t receive what I booked, but also because of the lack of communication and the way the situation was handled. I understand that room adjustments happen, but to downgrade a guest without informing them, then justify it by saying they’re “not a priority” is simply unacceptable. The location is great, but unfortunately, the service and disregard for guest comfort left me feeling very unwelcome.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hostel! The facilities are top-notch and the environment is very well-maintained, but what truly stands out is the staff. On my first night, I struggled to sleep due to a loud snorer in my room. When I brought this up the next morning, the team was incredibly understanding and professional—they seamlessly moved me to a different room without any hassle. I’ve slept like a baby ever since! A special mention to the lady at the front desk—she is so kind and always greets you with a warm smile and a sweet 'Merci.' It’s those small, genuine interactions that made me feel so welcome in Paris. This place is proof that a hostel can be both high-quality and full of heart. Highly recommended!

It’s my first time visiting Paris and I booked this hostel last minute. Im happy that I booked with 4 bunked beds sharing and had the incredible view of Place de la nation. This hostel estimated 40 mns go to Jarden de la Tour Eiffel using line 6. What I love about this hostel is besides supermarket and many restaurants. 2 mns walk from the Metro Station. It might take few minutes from the tourist attraction but its more quiter side which is I love aboutit. The rooftop is amazing , its just so happen there’s a wedding reception happening. The downside is that the storage luggage has fee. Make sure to bring your a padlock for your room locker.

The hotel is just in front of the station Gare du nord.Very easy and convenient to go anywhere to Eiffel tower,Louvre museum,and others from here either by bus,metro,Eurostar.U won't get lost.Just the lift for the hotel is a bit small.It can accommodate u and 2 big luggage one time.There is KFC beside the hotel and other cafes.The carrefour is behind the hotel.So u can shop some groceries or snacks also.

I got really lucky here. Shared a room with all positive people. From the moment I arrived, the staff members were great. The hostel was extremely easy to find, was close to public transit, and there were several stores and restaurants around. I'm not much of a drinker, but I do appreciate that they had a rooftop bar with a great view. Breakfast wasn't too bad for the price either. Only problem I had was that there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers for that entire hostel so I never had a chance to use it as they were always occupied. The price for detergent was hefty so, bring your own!

This was my first time staying in a hostel in Paris, and definitely it was a pleasant experience. This place is very convenient if you’re traveling via train, Gare du Nord as its few minutes walk. The room itself was tidy and clean (I stayed in a dorm of 4, mixed), only not comfortable when staying during summer heatwave and you forgot how Paris can be humid and too hot! Although, the breakfast compensated for my sleepless night, and for the value I paid for, it is still worth it.

Good 3 star hotel 5 minutes walk from Gare du Nord. It looks like it was 2 or 3 separate small hotels that they are combining into one. Only cosmetic work being done although we had to change rooms due to noisy work in an elevator. Front desk staff very friendly. Like most of central Paris, road out front is noisy but they have new double glazed windows. Breakfast 5/10. €110 a night in February for two people.

The hotel was very good overall, and the location was also decent. The nearest bus stop was only a 3-minute walk away, while access to the underground metro was around 10 to 14 minutes on foot. The tram stop was also within a 10 to 14-minute walking distance. The building itself was nice, clean, and felt fresh. Separate lockers were available, which could be used by paying a fee, allowing guests to store their luggage even after check-out. However, the security was not very good. In case of any incident, the staff does not actively help and usually just provide an email address or ask you to contact the police. It’s important to keep this in mind and stay cautious during your stay.

Can't fault the location, you're straight in the heart of Montmartre, super handy for exploring Paris 18e. Staff were also really friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. Unfortunately that's about where the good stuff ends. Cleanliness wasn't great even tho bed and towels were fine, but we walked into our private room with odd marks all over the wall, some pretty weird stains on the bathroom tiles, a wobbly toilet that clearly hadn't been fixed properly, marks in the shower, the wall lights above the bed were also busted when we arrived, the upper part of the shower system was broken and leaking the entire time The real kicker though was no hot water at all for our full five-night stay, cold showers every single day, not exactly ideal. And because the water was down, the laundry facilities were basically useless too, so that extra ”perk” wasn't really an option. Also, despite it being banned, a few guests from different rooms and dorms were smoking as well, which didn't help the overall experience. The photos on Trip.com look nice and fresh, but they're clearly way out of date as the place looks a bit tired and worn in real life, matching the state of our room. Honestly it's a real shame, because if they sorted the maintenance and got the hot water back up and running, we'd happily come back... the location and the staff genuinely are the best bits of this place.
