"The place was amazing and situated in a great place. Very near to a lot of amenities like bars and restaurants plus some shops.
The staff were amazing and so polite. We was made to feel like we was at home. Our room was huge and had a great view of the gardens.
Breakfast was outstanding and very tasty highly recommend.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future"

Pengguna TetamuBooked the love snug for my wife's 30th and honestly couldnt of been better so helpful an welcomed with a smile by who i think was the owner she was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble as a whole probably one of the best weekends away weve been on and mostly because of this hotel would recommend and will definitely be back again 100% big thank you for making our weekend to windamere so special.

房間佈置精彩衞生乾淨！位置在湖中間距碼頭遊船很近，去火車站也不算遠。
老闆是位很紳士的先生，十分周到，一到酒店就詳細講解了温德米爾湖的周邊情況，給了旅遊地圖。早餐做的非常可口美味！讓人難忘啊！臨走時老闆還十分熱心幫我預約好出租車。 This is愉快愉快的旅行。

We feel lucky we stayed at Ryebeck Hotel! We booked there to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthdays ! The hotel offers stunning views of Lake Windermere and the surrounding countryside. The hotel offers a restaurant serving delicious local cuisine 7 days a week breakfast, lunch and dinner. A cosy lounge area with a fireplace, and a lovely garden where they can relax and unwind. On top of everything: the staff was amazing! There is a fantastic team who very willingly offered as a family environment! Friendly, smiling staff who truly upgraded all our plans for our daughter’s birthday celebrations offering to all of us a unique experience! Thank you Tommy and your great colleagues! We will definitely visit Ryebeck Hotel!

酒店整體不錯，外面的草坪景觀沒有圖裡那麼大。酒店下山要走20分鐘，下山就是bowness小鎮了，可以去坐船。晚上回去還是打的比較好，有一次回去後半段路完全沒有路燈，體會到了“夜色正濃”。酒店房間的名字都是以湖區各個小鎮的名字命名的，蠻有意思的。酒店都是包早餐的（攜程顯示沒有，其實當地都是包的），後來自己訂的晚餐也好吃，很精緻。

The hotel seems still under renovation. Flies were flying around in the room and could not sleep well at night. Towel heating rack in the toilet is partially rusty. SPA facilities has not been used, but seems not bad. Suggest to extend the closing time till 8 PM or 9PM to facilitate visitors after the sightseeing around Lake District.

Room was clean and decent, but overall it’s a little bit tired, with Wetherspoons-like carpet, worn paintwork, creaky doors etc. It could certainly do with a spruce up. Spa was very good.

We had requested a quiet room but was put at the top of the stairs, so we could hear everyone coming and going. It was quite noisy till very late at night.
We had a bath which was great, but there was no shower gel.
It was a very warm hotel, if you love that, then great. I had to leave windows open all night as it was so warm and it was a cold night.
However all that being said, the room was great and had everything we needed. The food was really great, hats off to the chef 😁
The staff were all really lovely and friendly.
I would very much recommend a stay here.

Pengguna TetamuAbsolutely amazing stay , as soon as we arrived everything was great and customer service was brilliant . They even upgraded us to a room with a hot tub for my husbands birthday. Spa was lovely and even on the checkout day can use it to 1pm which was a nice bonus. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and so good only had to walk 30 seconds from our room. Will definitely be back to visit again!

Priyanka BajirajThe property and the ambience is lovely. The view from the restaurant garden is very pleasant and beautiful. The room size, bathroom size and amenities were good. We faced 1 major problem to be precise which made us a bit sore.
Cleanliness - the room was clean except for the carpet. It didn’t feel like it was vacuumed. There was probably a pet staying in that room before us and there was a lot of hair on the carpet. I understand it is a pet friendly property and I have absolutely no problem with that. But cleaning the room properly before the next checkin is a basic expectation. We couldn’t step on the floor without our feet being covered with hair.
Apart from that, everything else was very good. Breakfast was also good and the customer service was very polite and hospitable as well.
