Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

We stayed at Grand Mercure Malang Mirama for our honeymoon for 3 nights and 4 days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. My wife absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and so did I. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We were welcomed by Wike from the front office, and she truly made our stay extra special. She was always smiling, respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. She even offered us free activities and vouchers, which was such a nice touch. The biggest surprise was that we got upgraded to the Executive Suite, the highest room category in the hotel. Huge thanks to Wike for making our honeymoon unforgettable! The room itself was unbelievable. Beautiful views, a huge living room, separate bedroom, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the view. Everything felt luxurious and very comfortable. Since it was our honeymoon, the room was also beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a fruit basket, which made us feel really special. Breakfast was another highlight. The variety was insane so many options that we honestly didn’t know what to choose. Everything we tried was delicious. One thing that really stood out was the staff. I’ve traveled quite a lot, but the service here felt different. Every single staff member we met smiled, greeted us warmly, checked if everything was okay, and helped immediately whenever needed. You can really feel the genuine hospitality here. We also received a complimentary photoshoot from the hotel, which was such a lovely experience. The photographer was great, and we even got a printed photo in a frame to take home as a memory. The only disappointing part during our stay was the Teppanyaki experience at the Japanese restaurant. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations at all. The chef only cooked in front of us without any interaction or entertainment, and when I tried making conversation, she seemed annoyed. Considering how expensive it was, it honestly felt very underwhelming. I personally wouldn’t recommend the Teppanyaki experience there. Other than that, everything was truly amazing. Even though I don’t remember everyone’s names, thank you to every single staff member who made our honeymoon so memorable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. Kamar mandi agak kurang bersih, tidak ada water heater atau entah tidak berfungsi, agak berdebu di bagian kaca jendela dan tirai nya, dan ada beberapa barang milik tamu sebelumnya yg tertinggal di loker lemari, ruangan nya kurang kedap suara, suara dari luar keras sekali terdengar, agak mengganggu,, lift sering antri bersamaan dengan staff cafe di area rooftop atau memang mungkin sedang ada acara bersamaan disana jdi akses nya ramai. apalagi beberapa staff penginapan dan staff cafe di lantai rooftop sering bolak balik di area lift. Tapi overall cukup nyaman, fasilitas lengkap, dan akses ke lokasi mudah, dekat area mall.

The hotel itself is in the city centre and within a mall which is convenient but it can get very crowded (and jammed) on weekends. The staff are polite and understanding. We had to pay 100k IDR deposit for our rooms but since we were carrying sleeping kids, they let us check into the rooms first. Room is clean but old and basic. The room does not have safe deposit box, unmovable shower head. Basic amenities are dental kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and stuck on the wall. There’s only bath towel (no hand towel). Sound-proofing can be improved since the corridor is not carpeted. Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s ok. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style.

Ideal for a short stay in the centre of Malang. Easy parking and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Clean room with aircon and wifi, good value for money. The breakfast included may be chicken with rice, you can make your own tea and coffee at any time.

Located in a prime area of Malang. The rooms are better than what was shown in the app. Would repeat if got another chance

設施衹能説是一般話，相當於國內的民宿。晚上房間的隔音不太好，隔壁有人三更半夜在聊天也能夠聽到，但是相對而言瑪琅衹是過站，可以住上一晚。

조용한 주택가에 위치하며 바로앞에 공원이 있음. 헤리티지 거리를 도보로 다닐수있어 위치가 편리함. 집안 거실이 넓고 주방도 넓어 매우편리 함. 집안에 조그마한 정원이 2개가 있어 쉬기에도 좋음
