Hotel Malang dengan Sarapan

At the first time, I was trying to stay here cause I just need one night before moving to another hostel since it is afforadble I stay here. I arrived late evening. I was welcomed by Mba Gabriel even she contacted me earlier inform me about the hostel location. I was pragmatismed at the begining cause I thought it's just a normal greetings. But when I arrived it looks like a mom who welcome you back to home. Her sister, Mba Diana is also similar, she welcome me in the afternoon when I came back. I thought she was mba gabriel because I cannot differentiate her and mba Gabriel 😂 Btw I extend here for another 3 nights, because the hostel is very clean, smells good and the bedroom is great. You can experience it later by yourself. I guarantee it. Then after two weeks, I traveled back to Malang and staying here again, I feel I was back home haha. Price is affordable. Service is 5 stars and it is like home ❤️ when I come back to Malang staying here is a must cause you also can discuss with them about many things get direction and advice for food. Makanan bervariatif dan enak, yg perlu di perbaiki lagi di towelnya yg sudah waktunya diganti.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Overall, the place was clean and looked new. Room was clean and relatively spacious. There were only a few, small issues that prevented this from being an all 5 star review. Firstly, sound proofing was bad. I could hear what my neighbours were watching on TV at night, and as we were facing the pool, we could also hear when people were running around there. Secondly, the lifts were really slow and narrow for a seemingly new hotel. The first day I arrived, 2 out of 3 lifts were not working. And the lifts themselves were very narrow and uncomfortable to be in when there were more than 5 persons in the lift. Lastly, the kettle provided in the room was faulty, it didn't stop boiling unless you pressed it manually, making it a bit dangerous for guests who are unaware. But like I said, these just irked me, and other guests may not feel the same way. Overall still a very pleasant stay and good amenities all around.

Im was very happy with this hotel. I wanted to stay longer in Malang only because I liked the service of this team . Very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast I have ever tried. They have surprised me with the high quality. Always clean and location is good. Thank you 101 Malang Team .

New hotel building in malang, archipelago chains hotel, great room and breakfast, have netflix, google nest and disney hotstar, complete amenities, water refill, gym… but unfortunately the pool is too small.

Lokasi sangat baik, bilik tidak begitu luas tetapi bersih. Bilik air kecil tetapi pemanas air berfungsi dengan baik. Wifi lancar tetapi meja kerja terlalu kecil untuk komputer riba dan cerek. Tetapi tiada masalah. Terdapat perkhidmatan valet percuma juga. Masalahnya ialah penghawa dingin di bilik kami 9012 (menginap 9 April 24) tidak berfungsi seperti biasa, kami hanya tiba pada waktu malam selepas pulang, tetapi kami telah menunggu lama tetapi tidak sejuk. Akhirnya staff engineering datang check dan tambah freon kat outdoor AC, lepas tu suhu bilik jadi sejuk sikit tapi tak sesejuk yang sepatutnya 😢 tapi sebab dah petang kami tak nak pindah bilik. Untuk menu sarapan termasuk so-so, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun dikenakan bayaran IDR 50,000, tidak seperti biasa, kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun masih percuma. Tiada kolam renang kanak-kanak, hanya kolam renang dewasa dengan kedalaman 120cm. Dan malangnya ia hanya dibuka pada pukul 10 pagi selepas waktu sarapan pagi (mungkin kerana ia berada di tingkat yang sama). Dan tutup pukul 5 petang. Semoga perkhidmatan dan kemudahan akan dipertingkatkan lagi terutamanya penghawa dingin dan kolam renang. 👌

If travel for this hotel still OK, price competitive, breakfast is standard breakfast. Too many students when I check in, but overall is ok. For business trip.

The hotel itself is in the city centre and within a mall which is convenient but it can get very crowded (and jammed) on weekends. The staff are polite and understanding. We had to pay 100k IDR deposit for our rooms but since we were carrying sleeping kids, they let us check into the rooms first. Room is clean but old and basic. The room does not have safe deposit box, unmovable shower head. Basic amenities are dental kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel are 2-in-1 and stuck on the wall. There’s only bath towel (no hand towel). Sound-proofing can be improved since the corridor is not carpeted. Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s ok. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style.

Sarapan berupa voucher @50 rb x2 Ala carte bukan buffet Jd kalau pesan makan lebih dari voucher , harus bayar tunai 😄

The hotel is nice and the personnel also however there is no pool. On the pictures there is a pool but it just didn't exist. The room is nice but it is clearly an old hotel
