Really nice little place to stay. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. It’s a newer hotel, and initially the only downside was that there wasn’t any food service available. However, that changed on our last day, they now have a menu with a selection of food and drinks available from the kitchen/bar, which is a great addition. The only other thing to note is that the hotel is located close to a mosque, so it can be a bit loud during the early morning call to prayer. That said, if you’re travelling in Lombok (or any Muslim country), it’s something you should expect and respect, it’s all part of the local culture and what makes the experience unique. Overall, a great stay and definitely worth considering.

JIVANA !! Cet hôtel est encore plus beau que sur les photos ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enchantés par l'élégance des lieux et le cadre apaisant. Les chambres sont magnifiques, décorées avec soin et assez confortables avec une grande salle de bain extérieure. Tout est pensé pour garantir une tranquillité d’esprit totale. On peut apercevoir des poissons et des grosses tortues... c'est un pur bonheur. Le personnel est irréprochable, toujours attentif à nos moindres besoins. Nous avons même eu un lit pour bébé parfaitement adapté. La piscine est assez grande. Le petit déjeuner à l'assiette est délicieux et servi dans une atmosphère paisible. Les activités spa sont superbes, idéales pour un moment de détente absolu. Un véritable paradis qu’on ne veut plus quitter. Une adresse à partager sans hésitation !

Dejama è un paradiso immerso nella natura, la location è spettacolare e il personale fantastico. Abbiamo apprezzato tutto, soprattutto la coocking class.

We had such a lovely stay. The hotel and amenities are really nice, great pool & restaurant, clean and comfortable room. The location is a bit far away, but the hotel can help you to arrange motorbike rent to reach the town, which takes about 10-15 min. It's nestled in the mountains which makes it very relaxing though!

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

Super lovely staff, spacious rooms and very clean. Felt so luxury for a great price. You can walk to a small supermarket and various warungs easily. The Main Street is approx 10 mins walk but most people prefer to scooter. The only negative is that it is close to a mosque, which you could hear from our room so we did get woken up by the prayer. So if you are a light sleeper it may not be the best option. We’d definitely book again!

Nice hotel with its own spa. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because there was a leak from the above room that they didn’t bother fixing. Luckily we both had ear plugs to sleep at night. Plus the bike they gave us kept breaking down so we refunded and got one somewhere else, the hotel quickly refunded us, apologised and offer to bring a new bike but we just went somewhere else we rented from before. They have a nice pool and delicious breakfast.

The place is a bit distant from others as it is on top of the hill and the breakfast is a one plate course. Do take note that the jacuzzi doesnt warm up. It’s more of a chill pool However the view is nice, The room is nice, the staff are top. I would most definitely stay here again.

Grootte hotel in top locatie, goede service en goede eten. Jammer genoeg is onderhoud en schoonheid van de kamer niet de beste.

Fijn verblijf voor een goede prijs. Rustige locatie en een grote kamer met smart tv en airco. Eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en alles is op looptafstand
