PPengguna TetamuThe hotel’s location was very convenient. However, for a five-star property, it was surprising to experience loud noise from a neighboring outlet near the lobby during check-in. We booked a room for three with an extra bed, and I expected it to be prepared for three guests with essentials like towels and dental kits, without having to remind the staff. While the towels were clean, they were quite old and rough, having lost their softness.
On the positive side, the F&B and housekeeping services were excellent.

The only problem was there were in 2 lifts in the entire hotel and one of them was not working
So had to wait for long times to go up or down

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

PPengguna TetamuOur family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable.
The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it.
Overall, it was a great experience.

In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

I suggest always book this hotel without breakfast they are serving one piece of idli and wada with sambar and your breakfast is over
