"I've been regular at parties at Dusk. This time, I had to book a room - large sized room & genuinely amazing stay here! Warm welcoming staff! The room was spotless, super comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax. The bed was like a cloud, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh daily. "Stayed at the venue for 3 days for my friends wedding. The resort is lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food they served was good and tasty. The staff are kind and go out of their way to accommodate guests requirements, the best way they could. My feedback to resort management. - you need more staff to manage the resort - all rooms are on 1st floor, climbing steps each time for guests can be difficult. Consider installing lifts externally - there are lot of options available these days. - consider having electric buggies to be used for transport from one side of the resort to the other. - rooms are cleaned and linen changed only if guest is present in the room! In today's age and time, this is the most absurd requirement I have seen in the service industry!! - no toilet paper in room toilets? Please ensure to supply toilet paper! - common areas such as halls should have working ACs / fans installed! There should be phones installed for internal calling in the living areas of each villa and in halls. If theres an emergency, there is no option to call anyone!! - more visible signages are required while entering the resort area. I enjoyed staying at the resort last weekend (15-18th Aug 2025). This resort can be so much better if there was a little more thoughtfulness and effort is put into the maintenance & upkeep of the resort. Good luck!"

"First time we stayed at itc fortune , we had long journey from London to Bangalore from there came here to see our folks somewhere near 12 we reach . We know the fact that we were early that our check in time . We just requested reception that can we have the room. Receptionist asked manager . She came and said rooms are getting ready making one room for you. And guess what with no time she made the room ready . Meanwhile all staffs were engaged with my kids . Kids loved the hospitality They were so Happy to come to India ."

"I would like to share my recent experience with Hotel Tip Top in Thane. We had a marriage in the family, and since some relatives had onward train and flight travel plans, we booked three rooms at the hotel so everyone, especially the elderly family members, could take some rest before travelling. At check-in, the reception staff member named Priya informed us that we have a booking for six people and no more can be allowed in the room, even temporarily. She seemed to have a bad day so she was bit arrogant from beginning, We had booked three large rooms with two double beds, and only some people were intended to stay overnight. The remaining family members simply wanted to rest for a short while before leaving for their respective journeys. I explained that some families had trains around 5 PM, 7PM and 9PM only needed a couple of hours to freshen up and rest. However, Priya was very rigid and said they would not be allowed into the rooms even for half an hour. Since I could not ask my guests, especially elderly family members, to wait outside, I ended up booking an additional room for four people and also paid extra charges for three additional guests. In the end, most of those guests did not even stay as they had their own travel plans later that day. For me, this is not about the money. It is about the behaviour of the staff and the way guests are treated. To make things worse, my sister, who lives in Thane, came later in the evening just to say hello and spend some time with us, and the staff were reluctant to even allow her to visit us in the room. I genuinely do not understand this kind of hospitality policy. I completely understand that hotels may have rules and occupancy policies, but there is always a respectful and empathetic way to communicate and manage situations, especially when elderly guests and families are involved. The overall experience gave the impression that the hotel operates with a lack of trust towards its own guests, which felt quite uncomfortable. We did have lunch at the Thali restaurant, and the food was genuinely good. Unfortunately, the hospitality experience at reception overshadowed that positive part of the stay. I have stayed in hotels across the world and have never experienced staff behaviour that felt this intrusive and unwelcoming. Overall, it was quite disappointing."
