Vits Sharanam Thane

"Pathetic experience right from the reception. I waited for more than an hour to get a prebooked room. No water bottles were kept. Rooms are shady with broken old cheap fixtures. Nobody is bothered about overall customer experience and only bothered about their existing client it seems. Guests can easily choose some other option in the same vicinity"
