"The hotel is bright and clean, with lots of good vibes. It has international sockets and clean drinking water which are all nice touches. Pretty roomy too. Drawbacks: Funnily despite the coffee powder provided there's no spoon or wooden stirrer to be found. Also why would you put the toiletries on the pantry? Took me a while to locate them. Lastly the wifi was impossible to log on, but I will attribute it to an Accor issue. Seriously why not just give us the old fashion password instead of making us jump through hoops in your log in page with 3 options and none of which works (in between you keep getting timed out and being 'suspected of being a bot'). Overall just some minor details to look into."

Fantastic interactions and recommendations for dining and excursions from Mitali and Shruti. The restaurants on property are also spot on from Mizuki and Tasse Et Cafe. Their executive lounge is also rated 10/10 with excellent service. I highly recommend a stay at Le Meridien if you are in Navi Mumbai."

"I booked the hotel for duplex room which my partner found small and he did not like it . We came down and asked for an better room . Immediately bigger room was offered without saying anything. Receptionist asked his manager and she said look after guest comfort first .which was very touchy . Second room was bigger we were so happy about it . At breakfast saw all smiling faces. Chef personally came and check about our breakfast. Overall staffs are really good . Not sure I will come again but if I get chance again I will choose fortune hotel"

Wild Camp- the Nature Resort
"I am writing to share our extremely disappointing experience at Wild Camp Coorg during our stay on November 30, 2024. My group of four, consisting of two males and two females, had a pleasant expectations for our stay at the A-Frame Cottage, which we had booked in advance. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that the property was nothing like what was promised to us via WhatsApp communications. First and foremost, the A-Frame Cottage did not resemble the photos or descriptions we were provided. The space was smaller, the quality of the accommodation was subpar, and none of the advertised activities—such as rain dance, archery, pot-breaking, and volleyball—were available. These activities were a key part of our decision to book, and the absence of them was a major disappointment. Additionally, the advertised swimming pool was a significant letdown. On the first day, the pool was empty, and on the second day, it was only half-filled, making it completely unusable. This was just one of the many facilities that were unavailable as promised, severely affecting the quality of our stay. When we brought these discrepancies to the owner’s attention and requested a cancellation, we were offered an alternative homestay 20 km away. However, this was neither a practical nor acceptable solution, especially after we had already wasted significant time on arrival. We had no choice but to post an honest review of our experience, which led to a deeply unsettling encounter with the owner. He became aggressive and threatening, demanding that we leave the property immediately after we had already waited for nearly two hours. Adding to our frustration, despite having paid in advance, the owner refused to issue a refund, leaving us feeling deceived and financially taken advantage of. The owner’s hostile behavior made our entire experience even more distressing. My wife and her friend felt unsafe and uncomfortable due to his aggressive demeanor, which raised serious concerns about the safety of other guests, especially couples. On a positive note, we appreciated the live music and the efforts of the manager and service staff, particularly Mr. Sunil, who went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable under difficult circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend Wild Camp Cork to anyone. The misleading advertising, poor customer service, lack of promised amenities, and aggressive behavior from the owner made for a thoroughly unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. There are far better options available for those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. The behaviour of that guy is the worstest ever."

"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and it was a pleasant stay. Hotel offers great value for money. Place if perfect for professional travelers going to Navi Mumbai. Rooms: Clean and well maintained rooms. Rooms are neat and wifi enabled and daily housekeeping. Nearby activities: Situated in Airoli so near all the offices in Knowledge Park. Food and drinks: Breakfast and food served is fresh and satisfying with great taste. Great staff."
