Recensione per Hotel Accademia Verona Il mio soggiorno all’Hotel Accademia di Verona è stato davvero eccellente. L’hotel gode di una posizione straordinaria nel cuore del centro storico, che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi luoghi iconici come l’Arena di Verona e la Casa di Giulietta in pochi minuti. La struttura trasmette un’eleganza senza tempo, combinando il fascino classico italiano con un comfort raffinato. La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, molto ben curata e arredata con gusto, offrendo un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa ad esplorare la città. Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale è stata la straordinaria professionalità e cordialità del personale. Tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, attenti e accoglienti, facendo sentire gli ospiti davvero benvenuti. Anche la colazione è stata eccellente, con una selezione di qualità servita in un ambiente piacevole ed elegante. Nel complesso, l’Hotel Accademia offre un soggiorno sofisticato e memorabile. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque desideri comfort, eleganza e una posizione perfetta durante una visita alla splendida città di Verona.

非常非常滿意的酒店，雖然看上去有小 ，外標三星級。但是我覺得這家酒店要比三星級好太多。特色是位置太好，就在圓形競技場邊上。另外一個就是早餐非常好。房間小對我來説不是問題。 看的出這家酒店的管理也非常到位。入住率很高。

I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.

Room is clear and comfortable, thanks to nice location, can take bus to downtown easily. However, worker at the front desk is unkind at all. I don’t know where she is from, but she acts like rasist. Because English is my second language, I’m not able to listen what she said at once. So I asked her to say her word again, and she raised her tone as she wanted to express her annoyance. I felt disrespectful from her attitude, and if I need to visit Verona again, I’ll find other accommodation even though all good points I mentioned at first. I hope the manager recognize the situation and do sth.

Alles mehr als okay besonders mein Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer wurde zu 100% erfüllt. Einzig die Lage ist schon weit weg vom Stadtkwrn.

Everything is great! Location is good for those who drives, convenient parking, but far from city center (not walking distance). Large room, clean, good amenities, good reception staff, good breakfast. I love most about the bed and pillows. I read some bad reviews but I think the bed and pillows are not too soft which is good for back and neck. I had best sleep here during all my stay in Italy.

Charming and Comfortable Stay at Hotel Firenze I had a lovely stay at Hotel Firenze. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the room was exceptionally clean. I especially appreciated the heated toilet—such a thoughtful touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which made arrival and departure easy, though it’s a bit of a walk to reach the historic city center. Being next to a main road, there was some street noise, but it wasn’t disruptive. Overall, a charming and well-kept hotel that offers a pleasant and cozy stay.

The hotel says it is a good location to start the city discover, but it is too far. Price is ok, this was the main reason the hotel was chosen. It can be reached by bus from central station or city center, but with heavy luggage really uncomfortable because the bus station is in 300 meters and the surface of the streets is old and partly damaged. Breakfast is ok, have enough, a lot of Chinees people made it uncomfortable, as usual 🙄. Crazy situation with the elevator, as one of them was broken and the other occupied constantly. Very long wait. The staff is polite, try to be quick but not enough if there are many people there. Inside the room is ok absolutely, but beware you can be too exhausted to enjoy it 🙂

A beautiful and unique hotel with great charm. Family run and welcoming. An opportunity to stay in an elegant, authentic and traditional hotel. The Secret Garden breakfast setting was lovely and breakfast was very pleasant. There is a nice little lounge area where you can make yourself a hot drink and find a book or magazine to read. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished with modern ensuites. Air conditioning being a welcome feature in hot weather. The owners are obliging and helpful. A more authentic stay than modern or chain hotels.
