Nice place. I met a receptionist called Erika and OMG, such a great person she is. Her personality is exceptional. She helped me with the check-in and even when I didn’t know how the lights worked, she walked me through it. Also the good part, she helped me sooo much in pulling off a birthday surprise for my fiancé. She was very friendly and welcoming to both of us. Also, for an Italian to also speak such good english made communication soo much easier. I will definitely come back to this Hotel and please I need Erika at the reception 😌 Last but not least I am traveller and she’s the best receptionist I’ve met in my entire life of travelling and lodging in Hotels. I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review for the hotel in question and in particular for the front manager Cristina Bianconi. I booked a room for my holidays with breakfast included and the flexibility to change the date in case of unforeseen events (cancellation was not included). Unfortunately, my flight was changed and as soon as I found out, I immediately called the hotel to ask if it was possible to change the date by just one day (stay on Wednesday instead of Thursday). Unfortunately, the front manager refused to make any changes to my reservation, except by paying an additional 100 euros, despite the availability for a date change being assured on the website. Additionally, there was a double room available at the same price on the Booking site. Her lack of willingness to help and the lack of effort in finding a suitable solution caused me not only great disappointment and inconvenience but also many problems. I was very disappointed by the unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviour of the front manager Cristina and the negative and uncooperative approach of the hotel as a whole. I was also unable to speak with anyone else despite my requests. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel for anyone looking for quality customer service and professional reservation management.

We visited this hotel for the 4th or 5th time, we always were satisfied. But something had changed, we do not know why. Our welcome was fine, a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, just missing the cookies we had last year. We ordered the breakfast which is served on your room, and it was delivered next morning just in time. The scrambled eggs were nearly cold. In the afternoon coming back from town we missed new cleaned glasses, the used ones were not replaced, same with empty shower gel, we had to ask for nearly everything. The rest was okay, but nobody asked for our satisfaction at any time, even the departure. In the room we also had the impression that there’s the necessity for some renovation, even at some walls and the fridge with its door not closing properly. Being honest, we spent around 500 € (!) per day for b&b here! So this time we left Verona and the hotel not knowing whether we would come back in future.

A fantastic place to stay. Beautifully decorated and scrupulously clean. The location is perfect and just a few minutes walk into town. The owners couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant. Thank you Lenotti for making our stay in Verona so enjoyable.

Нам все очень понравилось! Современные комфортные апартаменты в нереально удобном по расположению месте - 5 минут от Арены! Уборка каждый день, шампуни подкладывают, полотенца меняют, если положить их на пол. Есть мини-кухня, плита, микроволновая печь, холодильник, ежедневно ставят 2 маленькие бутылочки с водой. На ресепшн работают очень приятные сотрудники. Из небольших минусов : были проблемы с сейфом, два дня подряд он не открывался, выдавал ошибку, хотя код мы вводили верно, когда к нам приходили, чтобы его починить, оказывалось, что он открывается обычным стандартным кодом (т.е. его мог открыть любой сотрудник просто так). Ну, и немного завышена была стоимость на новогодние праздники, но тут все понятно :) В целом, очень рекомендую!

These apartments in p. dei signori are in a building in very central Verona in one of the most beautiful squares in Italy. The apartments are modern, extremely well supplied with a kitchen/lounge as well as bedroom, (they vary in size and design), and fully serviced in that towels etc are changed daily, beds made (though not changed), and provided with ample plates, cutlery, etc as well as soap and shampoo for the very good shower. Storage space was more than ample, and there is a fridge, safe, and hot drink and expresso machine as well as cooking facilities. The front desk is manned 24/7 and very helpful. Prices are very high but not unlike top class hotels in a similar location, and there are innumerable places to get breakfast no further away than a restaurant would be in a large hotel. The lights and window blinds were very good indeed, though the controls were a challenge. Air-con and wifi both work very well. Apartments facing inward onto the square cost more, though we had one ‘at the back’ which was fine.The square is of course traffic-free, but it is possible to get a taxi to just outside the square, and the front desk can phone for one to pick up from the same spot (the rail station is rather too far to walk, especially with luggage).
