GGrace Ridnour-NollschGorgeous boutique hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The heir of the estate actually greets guests and ensures they have a pleasant stay. We only got to stay for one night, but they upgraded our room and allowed us to enjoy the pool as we arrived early and they needed time to get the room ready. It is worth the price.

PPengguna TetamuService was the best of the best. Rooms are clean, neat, charming and spacious. Complimentary breakfast with tea, coffee and juice was offered. The owner went out of their way to provide all the information needed to make our stay pleasant in Merida.

CCanSwedeThe hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

XXiqueermama非常喜歡這個老牌的酒店，完美的地理位置，佛性並且熱情的服務，墨西哥的服務真的是非常好的。定的是行政樓層，那些點心咖啡早餐都是免費的。服務真的是非常棒，讓人情不自禁地多放小費。

PPengguna TetamuEl lugar está a pasos de la avenida Montejo, las habitaciones muy limpias. Tiene Gym, con equipos básicos pero bien.
Por otra parte las instalaciones son muy antiguas, la regadera no se pudo seleccionar para usar sólo la regadera o la que es movible, no hay conectores USB para carga de celulares, en ésta época ya debería ser algo normal para hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas. El Lobby aunque agradable es demasiado obscuro y como está a la entrada pareciera que el hotel no está en servicio.
La comida se me hizo muy cara hay lugares mucho mejores para comer y más accesibles en precio.

Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.

Desafortunadamente el desayuno estuvo fatal muy poca variedad, la fruta estaba casi podrida, los chilaquiles desabridos de tortilla remojada, huevos “en salsa” quemados y papas insípidas.
Una de las cremas que tomamos para el café estaba echada a perder y por poco la bebemos.
El personal muy amable.
El agua de la regadera tiene un límite por el cual no sale taaan caliente, a simple vista podría parecer que uno se bañará con agua fría. Se percibe un poco más tibia cuando estás bañándote.
