"The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅"

"Fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was as advertised very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."

"This hotel is amazing. More like a bed and breakfast than a hotel. The staff are super friendly and speak excellent English- Andrea and Alejandra were the best English speakers we encountered in our two weeks in Mexico. You feel like you have your own private concierge, chef and bartender. The breakfast they serve was delicious and the grounds were so peaceful with bird sounds and the beautiful decor and tile work. We had a room upstairs and there was such a nice breeze I napped with the AC off and the door/window open. They have a constant supply of delicious treats and coffee. The beds are comfortable, and even though there were other couples there we barely saw them. I wish we hadn’t had such a short time with so many excursions because I would’ve liked to spend more time Lounging at the beautiful pool. There’s free and easy to find parking on the street. The name “secret palace” makes sense because from the outside it just seems like any other house until you walk through the door, then it’s truly a palace."

"A good hotel in the heart of Mérida. The room was quiet, too. The service was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were plentiful. They offer free hot coffee in the lobby every morning. The WiFi worked great! There was an in-room safe. There was no hairdryer in the room, but that seems to be a feature of all local hotels. There's a local restaurant across the street. But it's better to walk to the Mercado and eat delicious local food there. We had a great time."

"The room service is good, but the breakfast service is terrible. But the only thing that makes me uncomfortable and unhappy is that our hotel does not include free breakfast. We reported our room number and let us in. We only drank a glass of milk and said that our room does not include breakfast and we have to pay 250 pesos for the meal. If you had reminded us earlier that free breakfast is not included, we would not have gone in to drink milk. And we were asked to pay for only a glass of milk. It is really terrible. I will never book this hotel again. Bye!!!!!!!!!!!!"
