Stayed 2 nights here. Here are the pros and cons. PROS * LOCATION - The Zocalo is only a couple of hundred meters up the road so this was in prime location. The central ado bus station was within walking distance although for memory was about a kilometre and a half walk so you may want to consider a taxi. * AIR CONDITIONING - Worked well * HOT WATER - Worked * WIFI - Worked and didn’t drop out CONS * NO NATURAL LIGHT - Our room had one window which opened onto the communal corridor so there was no natural light. This was not advertised at time of booking. * SECURITY - The large window that opened onto the communal corridor couldn’t be locked. This meant when we were out of the room someone could easily just open it up and get into our room. I was very uncomfortable with this and made reception aware. They sent someone up to fix it but it wasn’t fixed when we returned. I noted the room opposite ours had the same issue when I tested its window. * NOT CLEAN - When we went to use the pool there was a thick algae bloom and scum on the surface. It was not swimmable. * NOISE - This hotel seems to have a relationship with large tour operators. As such large groups of people come in the afternoon and leave early in the morning. They made a lot of noise in the mornings when they would leave and this went through the walls. Overall we weren’t happy with our stay and wouldn’t recommend this to others.

Lokasi agak rumit jika anda bergerak dengan pengangkutan. Ia mempunyai pasar raya berdekatan dan pusat konvensyen bertentangan. Umumnya pekerja yang mesra dan suka menolong. Sarapan ok. Kemudahan yang sangat selesa. Terdapat bar mini di dalam bilik, yang pada kesempatan ini membantu saya untuk mendapatkan sedikit makanan kerana, disebabkan kontingensi, tiada apa-apa yang dibuka berhampiran untuk makan dan hotel hanya menyediakan perkhidmatan sarapan pagi. Harganya benar-benar jauh lebih baik dalam aplikasi ini daripada terus di hotel, hampir 1/3 setiap malam.

Si el plan es rentar un carro y estar saliendo a diversos lugares, me parece que es una opción perfecta por su ubicación. Es un hotel básico y correcto, la calidad de los blancos y la cama son buenos. Llamé a recepción para pedir una toalla adicional y la subieron prácticamente enseguida. Si, quizás el desayuno no sea tan variado y a veces si bajas tarde puede que no encuentres todo completo. Pero se entiende que se trata de una cortesía, y para iniciar el día es excelente. La máquina de hielo está un poco escondida, pero como amenidad se agradece mucho. Al lado del hotel hay un lugar tipo bar con música por si un día quieres llegar a echar una copa, sobre todo viernes y sábado que hay más ambiente. La plaza Altabrisa está cerca (aunque no para ir caminando) con más opciones para comer y bancos. Lo recomiendo.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and food at the restaurant is good quality. We stayed 2 nights the first time, traveled around the Yucatán, then came back to this hotel because of its convenience to the airport.

Amazing location. In the middle of restaurants, shops and live entertainment. The hotel is beautiful. Amazingly decorated and the nicest staff. I lost a jacket and the staff were so helpful with searching for it. They really went over and beyond. The rooms have beautiful views of Merida. So close to downtown! The breakfast is a must! The most delicious breakfast! They have a rooftop pool and it’s breathtaking. The bar offers several delicious drinks. Check in and check out were so easy and fast. They are taking precautions for safety of COVID. They provide a fridge, glasses, tea, coffee, and water in there rooms. Very professional, helpful and friendly staff!

Walking distance to the center - 10 mins, personnel is very nice. There was one dirty towel but other than that it was clean and it met our expectations.
