Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).

Nos hospedamos durante el fin de semana, generalmente uno busca un lugar para descansar de un día de actividades, al llegar todo estuvo bien, hasta al llegar la noche que queriamos dormir, nos encontramos con un colchon sumamente duro, sensación de estar durmiendo sobre una cama hecha de cemento, ese grado de dureza. Las almohadas parecen de broma, es decir con todas las almohadas que ponen(3) apenas haces una, cuándo por fin lográs dormir por lo cansado que estas, te despierta cualquier persona que utilice el baño, se escucha un ruido muy fuerte en la habitacion. En conclusión, el hotel tiene buen aspecto pero uno busca un lugar para descansar y es el objetivo que menos se cumple. Utilizamos el servicio de restaurante, el cual fue muy bueno y rico.

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

We had a short vacation in Queretaro to visit family and had stayed at the Queretaro Marriott Courtyard. The hotel is modern and clean. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and comfortably accommodated the 3 of us. Service overall was first class. The staff were professional and housekeeping did a thorough and wonderful job keeping our room clean and restocked with toiletries. Breakfast was great - a good variety and tasty. Would definitely be staying at Marriott Courtyard Queretaro the next time we visit family.

很棒的酒店，位置很方便，巴士總站走過去也就15分鐘。斜對麪有個la comer超市，物價很不錯，裏面有各個銀行的ATM機，裏面有超市自己的咖啡館和小餐館，東西也還不錯，有營業員會說英文。酒店背後是普通的居民區，很普通一點點髒亂差，但是墨西哥不就這樣，有些小館子，還不錯的。房間相當不錯個人覺得配的枕頭都比較高哈哈

I stayed 6 nights at this beautiful, well decorated, old Mexican style hotel in a premium room, the hotel is about 20 minutes on foot from the old city center, you can find OXXO and some restaurants in the area. I can summarize the following points: - Value for money: 9/10 - Ambience/atmosphere in hotel: 10/10 - Friendliness of staff: 8/10 - Willingness to assist: 8/10 - The quality of breakfast: 8/10 - Comfort of room: 10/10 - Room size: 10/10 - Room facilities: 9/10 (There is a nice and a big working desk, dressing, LCD T.V, coffee and a coffee machine, gift of 2 bottles of mineral water every day, there is no a mini-bar in the room) - Comfort of bed: 10/10 - Bathroom: 10/10 - Cleanliness of hotel: 9/10 - Wi-Fi: 9/10 - Check in/out: 9/10 - Quietness: 10/10 - Safety: 10/10 There are also, a beautiful garden, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a free & secured parking. I felt very well looked after at this hotel. It meets my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

This hotel is less than 3 months old and features a nice downstairs patio area in the lobby and a charming rooftop terrace with views of the church. However, this hotel has a foundational noise problem due to the layout of the rooms and the passageways that makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep. The rooms are positioned around an open stairwell / atrium that echos every door slam, passing conversation and child yelling throughout and into the rooms. In addition, the doors and windows of many rooms are positioned kitty-corner, so you can clearly hear your neighbor or when they leave, slamming the door behind them I would suggest they install sound dampening rugs, double paned windows, and door brushings, as well as considering to make this an adults-only hotel to quickly remedy this issue before the noisy environment deters even more guests from returning.

HHelmutIt was a brief stay for us - only one night to catch an early flight home from QRO airport. The service was excellent, the room was modern and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Located very close to a big church and square and easy access to the quaint streets of old Queretaro. The front desk person was super helpful, friendly, spoke English and helped us with arranging taxi service at 4:45am to get us to the airport! Be prepared that there are no windows in the rooms, just a french door with glass opening into the courtyard. The attached restaurant and bakery looked really nice and we would have liked to have been able to partake of the included breakfast but unfortunately our flight was too early; instead, our host prepared sandwiches for us to take with us, which was very thoughtful. Be sure to check out the view of the amazing aquaduct from the overlook a few blocks east of the big church.

Lo bueno: Bien ubicado, cerca del centro y avenidas principales con diferentes opciones para comer y comercios cerca (farmacias, tienditas, etc.) El staff del restaurante es muy atento, sobre todo Gaby la gerente, quien está al pendiente del servicio en todo momento. El desayuno tipo buffet es variado (yogurt, fruta, pan, chilaquiles, postres) además de que cuentan con una plancha en la que se ordenan huevos al gusto y quesadillas. Los fines de semana hay mayor variedad para desayuno/almuerzo como chiles rellenos, pasta, chicharrón en salsa, etc. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El personal de limpieza es muy atento y profesional también. Las camas son cómodas (pero no las almohadas). El personal de la entrada que ayuda con el equipaje, el estacionamiento y otras gestiones también muy agradable y atento. Lo inusual: No hay cafetera. También estamos de acuerdo con los otros huéspedes: el diseño del cuarto es algo raro: lavamanos enfrente de las camas…. Lo no tan bueno: el wifi es inestable y débil. Para quienes desean trabajar, es recomendable que lo comenten con recepción, en mi caso me ofrecieron un router y mejoró mucho ñ, pero desconozco si el hotel cuenta con un número limitado de estos. En nuestra 1a habitación, el control remoto no servía, así que nos dieron otro. Luego notamos que la caja de seguridad no servía, nos cambiaron de habitación ya que no había forma de arreglarla. En la segunda habitación no se veían los canales locales y estaba cerca del gimnasio y del elevador así que se oía todo: gente haciendo ejercicio en la mañana, gente entrando y saliendo del elevador, grupitos de estudiantes visitándose de un piso a otro, riéndose y poniendo música. Lo malo también es que nos daba una sensación de inseguridad escuchar tantas sonidos, después de que otros huéspedes entraron a nuestro cuarto (leer detalles a continuación) Lo malo: El susto y la actitud: Recepción olvidó registrar el cambio de habitación en el sistema, así que alrededor de las 6pm le dieron la llave de nuestra habitación a otros huéspedes, quienes ingresaron a nuestra habitación… Saltamos como un resorte cuando escuché cómo se abría la puerta y ví a unas personas entrando a la habitación! Esto fue notificado de inmediato al personal y al otro día con la gerente. La gerente “se disculpó y tomó nota” pero con una actitud de indiferencia total. Al siguiente día la gerente se encontraba en la entrada del restaurante y ni siquiera nos saludó o determinó, ni a nosotros ni a los otros huéspedes que esperaban mesa. Tache!! El precio del hotel es más alto comparado con otros, por ejemplo el de a lado (Hotel Amberes) pero después de haber estado en los dos, el precio no lo amerita.

Todo estuvo mal desde el principio: -llegamos y nos informaron que no tenían servicio en ningún City Express nacional e internacional (y en redes sociales jamás lo mencionaron) y que el pago debía ser en efectivo. No llevábamos y tuvimos que caminar a una plaza en unos 300-500 metros con el dinero en la bolsa. - Por lo mismo, no tuvimos internet ni televisión las primeras 3 horas que estuvimos ahí. - El techo del baño tenía moho y no rellenaban los jabones (adjunto fotografía). - El desayuno: horrible. Solo tienen dos bandejas y un espacio MUY reducido, dándole la bienvenida a los huéspedes porque está en la entrada literal. - El gimnasio fue lo único rescatable ya que los aparatos se encuentran nuevos, así como la atención de los dos guardias de seguridad que nos recibieron. No lo recomiendo por el precio. Está demasiado alto y hay otras opciones MUCHO mejor por la zona por $200 más.

La temperatura del agua de la regadera es un poco difícil de configurar ya que hay poca presión de agua fría comparada con la caliente. También es difícil de configurar el aire acondicionado: en el termostato, la temperatura del cuarto nunca llega a la temperatura seleccionada por el usuario, menos aún en el gimnasio por el espacio y por la carga térmica

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on a long business trip that was broken up into a 6-day stay, then back home for four days, then returning for 12 days. The hotel is a nice property with a great view overlooking the city of Querétaro. Built on a hillside, almost all the rooms have a great view. The room itself is spacious and well furnish. Bed (king sized) was very comfortable. The décor is a more modern flair with deep red walls and art deco lamps. For myself I prefer a more practical and useful décor, the art deco lamps although very cool liking didn’t offer the lighting I would prefer. The bathroom was spacious with a separate large walk in shower with wonderful tile features and glass doors. The sink and vanity arrangement was clean and modern with a granite counter top and raised sink basin. For me, the lighting was terrible and the mirror a bit too far away for shaving. I can’t imagine how it would be for a woman to apply makeup and do her hair. The bathroom did have a swivel makeup mirror, but again the lighting just seemed a bit dim and inadequate. The amenities are adequate; the gym is small, but guests can use either the Holiday Inn or Crowne Plaza gyms (the hotels are attached to each other). The pool at the Holiday is by far nicer and larger than the strangely triangular shaped pool at the Crowne Plaza. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good, not great, but good. I had to eat breakfast the first thing in the morning (6:00 am), and the restaurant was just opening up so understandably the pace seemed a bit unorganized. The signage wasn’t always in place at the food station to let you know what it was. I have traveled all over the world, and I do have to say this was one the strangest selection of food for a breakfast buffet. I have spent almost two years in Central America (El Salvador), and you always have your staple foods. It seems to be hit and miss here. Service was good, but everyday I asked if they had tomato juice only to get a blank stare. My Spanish is not perfect, but tomato in English isn’t that much different the in Spanish. Plus the restaurant had a bar as well, come on I know you have tomato juice at the bar please make an effort to get it. I did use the laundry service as well, and they did a great job. Sometimes you didn’t get all your things back, or you got someone else things but they were quick to straighten things out. Housekeeping always did a great job. They accommodated my special request to have extra coffee packs. Thank you very mush to the housekeeping staff in for room 1212!!! All in all, I would have to say that if the hotel made some minor improvements in the customer service arena it would be a four or five-star review. Little things like getting change at the front desk; we as Americans want to give your staff tips, but you MUST have change available to the guest. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get change at the hotel. Post cards…please have stamps available so your guests can mail

AAhgusClean, a bit warm during day but that is local weather. You need to take a taxi to the airport in the early morning can cost 350 mxn.
Not much to do nearby, this is a motel foremost but it is quiet if you get a room further from road.
