PPengguna TetamuOur stay was beautiful, I will not deny that. However it was not without a few letdowns. I am a woman who is all about a pool and was so excited to swim in the absolutely gorgeous pool I saw in all the photos online. I visited the week of Jan 1- Jan 7th and the weather was quite warm about 75 degrees every day. HOWEVER, the pool was absolutely FREEZING to the point where I was shivering being in it. Felt like an ICE BATH :( It was not enjoyable and with this being a secluded/ all inclusive hotel there weren't very much other forms of entertainment during the day except for the pool and the beach (the water was warm at the beach). It was so disappointing. I called the front desk to ask if anything could be done but they stated was no pool heater/temperature adjuster. We paid about 4 grand total for this trip and to be completely honest were only able to enjoy the pool once. My next complaint comes to the beach. We went to the beach which gets pretty bus. There was a day where every single chair was full and two of the hotel cabanas were being taken over by random street vendors - taking away two spots for the guests from the 100% packed beach area. These guys were NOT a part of the hotel and are the vendors who go around trying to sell cigars, etc. I watched the staff pass by them multiple times and say nothing while ACTUAL GUESTS had nowhere to lounge by the beach. That was very disappointing as these guys were laughing loudly, staring at guests, and did not move as people walked by looking for chairs. Other than that I will admit that the food was great, the staff was super nice, the hotel grounds were IMPECCABLE, the rooms were nice, everything else was quite lovely. But for the reasons listed I will not be staying at this all inclusive again, although you can still make the most of it and have a lovely experience overall. I'd recommend a stay if you're not going for the main reason of enjoying the pool and the beach.

PPengguna TetamuAbba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation.
The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset!
The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

YYouhanThe property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle.
The food was great and the service was top notch.
Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast.
Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.

NNatashaDeLangeI recently celebrated my seven-year wedding anniversary with a 5-night stay at TRS Yucatan hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The staff's exceptional treatment made our experience truly memorable. Special kudos to the remarkable team at El Gaucho—Amayde Cruz, Ingrid Martinez, and our outstanding waiter, who we unfortunately did not get the name of, along with Fernanda Pichardo. Rosa from Villa 70 treated us to 5 star treatment, cleaning our room and doing turn down service everyday with the highest quality. Our butlers (Emilio, Estefanía and Daniel) were also really phenomenal! The resort surprised us with a lavish dinner on our last evening, making us feel like royalty. The tranquil and peaceful atmosphere added to the perfection of our stay. Highly recommend for a special occasion or a luxurious getaway! Thank you to the whole TRS team for the most spectacular time and making us feel like royalty every single day!

AAlisha Corine VictoriaIt was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!

DD’Gone InternationalService at reception/ lobby is fantastic, helpful and friendly. Also at the pool, staff tries to do their best as many people order and I think they need more staff to service everyone. However, at the restaurant ‘La cocina’ for breakfast as well as Dinner at the Sushi restaurant: service was pretty slow, even some dishes were forgotten and we had cancelled, some food arrived cold — needs to improve the table service.
I didn’t appreciate that most of the weekly activities scheduled needed extra $.
Need proper beach place to walk along.
Is fun they have an arcade for extra entertainment.

PPengguna TetamuPros - the staff is all wonderful. The resort has been recently renovated so it’s in relatively good condition.
Cons - the food isn’t great… I would call it mediocre verging on poor. The a la carte restaurants weren’t great either and I would call the booking system/insane red tape process to visit the a la carte restaurants off putting, verging on insane.
I probably won’t be back for the above stated reasons, but I must reiterate that all of the service staff were truly lovely and no question the highlight of the trip.

NNikkilaoshiLocation is great. Checkin was easy. Rooms are spacious with a little kitchenette (stove cooktop & microwave) but there’s no dishes or utensils to cook. Decent coffee/tea setup. Nice robes. Medium sized fridge with freezer section. City view rooms do not have balconies and face street with view of ice cream shop and laundromat. Pool is warm & pool towels available. 1 block from the busy street and 2 blocks from beach. There’s a bar with a pool table, foosball, and darts where happy hour was offered for an hour daily. BREAKFAST WAS NOT WORTH WAKING EARLY FOR. Very limited options and was cold. Also after checking our reservation at the breakfast restaurant they were insisting we pay for it when we paid for it with the reservation. Also felt the breakfast staff were a bit rude when I tried asking for details on the station others were lining up for reminding me of things that were included or not.
