Pengguna TetamuPros: Room was clean enough upon arrival. They provide water and some snacks at the lobby free of charge. Hotel also has some events.
Cons: Sofa bed was super creaky, steamer didn’t work and had to change it 3 times until we finally got one that worked, house keeping did not clear the trash properly and used creamer satches remained on the tray and coffee/ tea pods were not topped up. Beds were made but our PJ were left all over the beds & unfolded too. Staff are not very friendly nor helpful. Arrived in the pouring rain with 2 big luggages and staff stared at me from the desk instead of assisting me etc.
Overall ok for a quick stay but otherwise wouldn’t recommend.

Pengguna Tanpa NamaOld and spread out blood stains on duvet cover AND fitted sheet mattress cover (including a big one that had been covered with a pillow) were unacceptable. These could in no way have been missed by staff. Friendly staff offered snacks in the morning to go with the coffee. Location very good for transportation and going out. Rooms have very few amenities and extras (not even an extra roll of toilet paper), but the cafe/bar downstairs provides a nice area to sit.

The hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

William Theodore Moningka- The Souterrain Dorm is a bit tight, with limited space especially if you have big luggage. There are lockers and they are decent in size (bring your own locks). You need to access the room through the shared kitchen and down narrow stairs. The dorm is generally nice and clean, not so far away from city center. There's a cinema room as well.
- There's no toilet in the basement. There's a common public toilet on the ground floor, but the shower and more toilets are only on the first floor.

Max | 冯至I’m pretty satisfied with the stay. Considering the price and the class of the hotel, everything was on an acceptable level! But I especially loved the location (although it might not be as convenient for some visitors, I benefited from it because of where I needed to commute to on a daily basis).

Pengguna TetamuDon’t book the rooms in hot summer days. The air conditioner only provides breeze. Not enough to feel cool in the room. The sink is blocked and water goes down slowly.
Especially, we found the receptionists worked super slow and inefficiently. There was so hot in the reception area without air conditioners. The guests complained waited there over 1 hours to line in the queue and checked in. The receptionist just worked in their own time no matter how long the queue was. The receptionist just repeated same thing to different guests slowly. It took us over 45 mins to check in and no body could do a bit early check-in.
The room is clean and good for students but no for professionals. We would never come back again. W
