On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel comfortable. The bed was cozy, the facilities were well maintained, and everything I needed was provided. Stayed at Radisson Blu Cebu for 4D3N and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, as it’s just beside SM City Cebu, making shopping and dining easily accessible. Service from the staff was good—they were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The food was okay, nothing particularly standout but decent enough. However, we were quite disappointed to find that the swimming pool was closed for renovation, and there was no prior notice about this on their website. It would have been helpful to know in advance, as this affected our overall experience. Considering the price we paid, the stay did not feel like good value for the money, especially with limited facilities available. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with a great location and good service, but better communication and value would make a difference.

It's out first time here since my family coming from bohol we accommodate bunk beds good for 4 persons for only 1500 .Thanks there's a pool and we enjoyed here though the pool was for adults only but we find ways to buy salbabida for my daughter... Definitely we will be back here ...The staffs are accommodating and friendly ..Love it ..

Pretty old hotel.The lobby is clean and tidy overall,but the check in is slow.We arrived 5 mins early and it took 20 mins for the reception to check us in.On the other hand ,the room and the bathroom is not well furnished.Cracks,Stains and watermarks are conspicuous.Wouldn’t recommend anyone who has over 50usd budget to stay in here.I would recommend paying 20 dollars more to get better service ,as well as better room environments .

Stayed before awhile ago reception staff good fast check in room spacious with Bench table And chairs to eat and drink Bed Big firm good to sleep TV No channels only Netflix and YouTube airconditioning very weak didnt get the room very cold tea and coffee making facilities And also a refrigerator which was good safe Not working. Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

Once I checked out, they left me hanging on the couch, they don't bother to inform me if I am clear and can check out of the place. If I did not get up and come to front desk to check if was clear, I had no info that I am already clear.

Good experience. The beds little bit make noise because old but clean and also possibility to have buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind . Recomanded

This is my first time booking this hotel and I thought I will never have a chance to stay here. Before my wedding, I booked this hotel since it’s near the church location. We enjoyed the stay. It’s just that we did not get to enjoy the TV because YouTube or other apps won’t work. All throughout the stay we weren’t able to use the TV. Also I called the lobby 5x to ask for a replacement for the 2 mugs for coffee before someone actually gets there to replace it AT THE MORNING. Haven’t also had the time to enjoy pool because we check in late. But their service is good. The hotel is nice. I will surely book again if their TV is already fixed lol. Also two key cards for room and elevator is really hassle on our part. It should’ve been 1 key card, all access, 2pcs since we’re 2 adults. I really appreciate the hotel staff for catering my entourage, we were able to prepare before my wedding and took some pictures at the lobby and pool. Thank you!
