We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. We really enjoy the stay. Natuwa din kami dahil the receptionist is a muslim in hijab. The foods are okay. The pool we really enjoy it. And our room with a nice view so relaxing. We will surely be back.

На верхнем этаже ресторан с вменяемыми ценами, бар на крыше. Наш номер заказал с балконом. Выезжали рано утром, менеджер заранее заказала такси, выдала сэндвичи вместо завтрака. Тип завтрака нужно заранее заказать накануне. До аэропорта пять минут на транспорте . Рекомендую однозначно!

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Increíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)

Hotel was nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but a few portions of the resort are under renovation. The main pool needs repair. Other than that, we had a very good experience.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.
