"I really enjoyed staying in this hostel. When I was searching for a place to stay in Gdanks for about two days and found this hostel, I was fine with having less amenities as long as the price is affordable. Moon Hostel Gdanks has definitely surpassed my expection, with the great location with walking distance to the tourist attractions and with the cleanliness and the customer service from the hostel itself. If I ever come back to Gdanks for a vacation, I would very likely choose to book this hostel again."

Amazing experience! Kasper (hope I remembered his name correctly), the young man at the reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He helped us arrange a room with a sofa bed—the bed was already made when we checked in—and he also gave us lots of great tips for visiting Gdańsk.
My child absolutely loved the stay, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Since we had to check out very early at 3:40 a.m., the team thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for us, which we truly appreciated.
The room was spacious, the bathroom felt very new, and there were no unpleasant smells at all. The only small downside was the lack of a mini fridge.
The hotel is about a 20-minute taxi ride from Sopot, the Old Town, and the airport. The train station is just a 3–4 minute walk away, which makes getting around very convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay away from crowded tourist areas while still enjoying a comfortable stay and an excellent breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Breakfast that changes daily, good choice from local delicacies. Highly recommended! Pet friendly. Around 20e per pet per stay!

Very pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!

This has been the perfect Airport Hotel.
Approximately 400m from the terminal - we couldn't ask for closer!
The room was cool, clean and comfortable with solid blackout curtains and steady water pressure.
Most importantly, when our flight was canceled and we had to wait the staff here went above and beyond in understanding our tiredness and travelers needs.
We got our room back and caught up on precious sleep and then while we futher waited on our flight, we were welcome to enjoy the hotels most comfy lobby with great facilities.
We are grateful to the to the stuff for giving us a space to relax and unwind making our unexpected delay an enjoyable one.
Fully recommend this flight for all international, long haul travellers.

Each time I come to Gdansk I stay at PURO. Great service, hotel rooms spacious and clean with all amenities. They are very helpful and accommodating with all the requests. And they have a sauna and great bar at the top floor.

Secara keseluruhannya, ia merupakan hotel yang bagus, terletak berhampiran dengan pusat bandar. Pemandangan dari tingkap sangat menakjubkan. Sarapan paginya lazat dan pelbagai. Kelemahannya, katil dikemas setiap tiga hari sekali, tetapi tuala tidak ditukar, pinggan mangkuk tidak dibasuh, dan pengemasan teruk.

The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.

Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.

Miałem przyjemność spędzić dwie noce (24 - 26 października 2025 r) w Hotelu Olivia i ogólnie jestem zadowolony z pobytu. Pokój był czysty i zadbany, co zdecydowanie na plus. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny, zawsze gotowy do odpowiedzi na moje pytania.
Lokalizacja hotelu jest dobra, 7,4 km po linii prostej od dworca głównego PKP trochę za daleko tak uważam, ale były taxówki i komunikacje miejskie to nie było tak strasznie
Jedynym minusem był lekki hałas z hali sportowej, który czasami przeszkadzał w nocy. Mimo to, polecam ten hotel na krótki pobyt z pewnością wrócę w przyszłości.
