The best possible location in Gdansk. If you are lucky to have a sunny weather, you can have a city break and beach holiday (rooftop pool) for the price of one! I could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected. Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture. I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot. And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads. I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station. But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt, da ich es in keiner Bewertung gefunden habe schreibe ich es einmal dazu; der Eingang ist nicht auf der Hauptstraße wie die Adresse zu vermuten meint, sondern direkt zum Langen Markt hin, in einer Seitenstraße. Dankt mir später😅 Die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt, das Hotel sehr zentral und der Service an der Rezeption ein Traum. Einzig die Putzkraft könnte öfter vorbei schauen, in 4 Nächten kam sie nach der 3. erst rein. Was für uns persönlich okay ist, aber so rein generell sicherlich öfter passender wäre (alleine sowas wie den Müll kurz leeren oder das Toilettenpapier schnell auffüllen). Die Minibar ist inklusive, was ebenfalls für ne kleine Freude sorgte. Das Hotel gehörige Restaurant ist preiswert und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und auch wieder kommen. Lieben Dank nochmal!

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.

Di samping itu, anda perhatikan bahawa tidak ada tekanan pada paip air semasa mandi atau membersihkan tandas. Yang peliknya ialah sarapan tidak disajikan dalam bufet, tetapi oleh pekerja. Ini lebih mungkin diketahui sejak awal pandemi Covid, tetapi tidak diketahui lagi. Secara keseluruhan, kami lebih suka tidak tinggal di sana lagi.

Leggendo le altre recensioni mi aspettavo una struttura più che dignitosa. Mi sbagliavo,per fortuna. Estrema pulizia,gentilezza del personale, camera spaziosa e luminosa,colazione di ottima qualità e ampia scelta,soprattutto salata,per me il massimo. Il ristorante,nella medesima sala dove viene servita la colazione, ha prezzi più che giusti con ottima qualità dei piatti serviti, e porzioni abbondanti. Per dire..un saluto ad una signorina che a velocità spaziale prepara alla mattina,su richiesta,omelette e uova strapazzate con una abilità incredibile. Punteggio massimo più che meritato.Attenzione..per facilitare l'identificazione della struttura..è all'interno della accademia di musica. Per concludere. Posizione centrale e comunque a pochi metri dalla fermata del tram linea 8 e 9 Accademia della Musica da e per la stazione ferroviaria centrale.

Good Spa, ate in restaurant once and that was very good. The hotel was too hot for me, and I could not connect to Netflix which was annoying, reception said it was a security issue ? But I would recommend the hotel and would stay again if I visit Gdansk, which was beautiful.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel during our trip to Gdańsk in October 2022. The location is within easy walking distance of the historic center of Gdańsk. There are plenty of attractions around, restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, very spacious and have good facilities. The staff was brilliant and helpful. Delicious breakfast with ample variety to choose from. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again when we are back in Gdańsk.

Enjoyable stay. Check in was professional, quick and easy. Nicely decorated room with good lighting, comfortable mattress on the bed, excellent temperature control, clean towels and bed linens, mini refrigerator in room, good lighting, nice bath products, good water pressure in the shower, strong wifi signal, excellent proximity to the Gdansk Wrzeszcz train station. I was able to find curbside parking nearby for free although the hotel has parking available for a fee. There is also cheaper parking available nearby that is run by Galeria Metropolia. Plenty of shopping and food options in the area. Excellent stay.

The experience with Grano Nowa Motlawa Apartments was neither very exiting, nor very disappointing. These apartments are in a residential building. I think all apartments are owned by different owners who simply give their apartments for rent and administration to Grano hotel nearby. Thus there is no unified standard for all apartments and your stay will depend of which apartment you get. Our apartment didn't look like anything in photos. It was relatively small, modestly furnished, beds not the most comfy ones, since made of cheep materials some furniture already worn. On the positive side, apartment was clean and had all basics you would expect for a short stay. Breakfast, served in a hotel nearby, offered a fair choice and variety. Guests can also use pool and sauna in SPA next door to apartments free of charge. Although water in the showers of SPA was lukewarm at the best and pool are was a bit crowdy, we still enjoyed the opportunity to relax during our stay. Old town and marina are within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. Walking pedestrian path near the river in the dark time was not the most exciting experience (maybe because we stayed in the weekend and apart form several groups young men drinking alcohol on the bank of the river we met no other pedestrians), but otherwise the neighbourhood looked quite safe. Overall, if you don't look for a stay with served breakfast and don't intend to use pool and sauna, you may want to consider choosing other apartments around. However, if you want to add those options to your stay, it is a good choice for a fair price.

We booked the Hotel for three nights when we visited Gdansk for the Christmas market. It is in a great location and provided good value. The staff are all very good and I would stay again or recommend. The room was big, clean with a good size bathroom. The shower was hot and powerful and the sauna was great. There is a gym but I didn't use this. The introduction of usb charging sockets would be benefifical, particularly to UK travellors. The air con provided warmth but was not noisey. The hotel is modern and nicely furnished and decorated and clean. The location is excellent; walking distance from the main train station which can be used to travel from the airport or Sopot and walking distance to the old town of Gdansk. There is a tram stop nearby. We only used the restaurant to eat for breakfast. The food was a high quality and there was a plentiful selection catering for everyone including plenty of dairy free options. The restaurant was large, clean and spacious. There was never a shortage or wait for anything and the staff cleaned the tables promptly. A big thanks to Maciej Francuz and reception who were friendly and particularly helpful in making sure our visit was a memorable one.

Same pokoje czyste i schludne, komfortowa łazienka wyposażona w suszarkę do włosów. Oczywiście goście w łazience znajdą czysty komplet ręczników oraz mydło i żel pod prysznic. W pokoju znajduje się lodówka i czajnik elektryczny oraz telewizor, przygotowany jest również pakiet powitalny (woda mineralna, kawa i herbata). Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Drzwi na każdym piętrze oraz drzwi do pokojów otwierane na kartę elektroniczną. W hotelu jest również winda. Śniadania serwowane są w restauracji Fino na parterze, nie są może jakieś wyszukane czy bardzo różnorodne, ale każdy może się najeść do syta i na słono, i na słodko. Jajecznica i parówki/kiełbaski zawsze się znajdą :) Malutkim minusem jest brak bezpośredniego dojazdu pod sam hotel komunikacja publiczną, niestety trzeba kawałeczek przejść z walizką ale to w końcu Stare Miasto i trzeba się z tym liczyć. Jak na 3-gwiazdkowy hotel oceniam go bardzo dobrze :)

Lavoo Boutique Apartments definitely recommend. Stayed in room No.21 floor 4 duplex Appartment . You have to go to Sweet Suites just couple doors up to get access to Lavoo apartments. Appartment very clean, tons of power sockets, bathroom hairdryer, ironing board, iron, safe, fridge, freezer, toaster, hob, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, TV sitting room & bedroom. Negatives: NO - shower gel, bath mat, TV no English channels not even news, stairs bit dangerous could do with a handrail, AC/heating not working turned off centrally, noisy as above restaurants & bars & have to open windows as got very warm upstairs, tea towel, WIFI. Great location Very very central, 2 streets over from Main Street. Supermarkets are called Zabka, street over from front of Appartment or turn left at top of street. From Appartment turn right your are straight at the river. Sights well within walking distance. The perfect place to stay in Gdansk. The location is excellent - right in the old city near to excellent restaurants and only a shortish walk to the train station. The room was very comfortable and toasty warm, with underfloor heating in the shower room. It looked out onto the church opposite, where the bells ring on the hour and half-hour. Friendly and helpful staff at check-in and when we needed help booking an early morning taxi to the airport for our departure day.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Herzen der Altstadt, da ich es in keiner Bewertung gefunden habe schreibe ich es einmal dazu; der Eingang ist nicht auf der Hauptstraße wie die Adresse zu vermuten meint, sondern direkt zum Langen Markt hin, in einer Seitenstraße. Dankt mir später😅 Die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt, das Hotel sehr zentral und der Service an der Rezeption ein Traum. Einzig die Putzkraft könnte öfter vorbei schauen, in 4 Nächten kam sie nach der 3. erst rein. Was für uns persönlich okay ist, aber so rein generell sicherlich öfter passender wäre (alleine sowas wie den Müll kurz leeren oder das Toilettenpapier schnell auffüllen). Die Minibar ist inklusive, was ebenfalls für ne kleine Freude sorgte. Das Hotel gehörige Restaurant ist preiswert und wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und auch wieder kommen. Lieben Dank nochmal!

Stayed here couple nights on recent trip to Gdansk and really satisfied with my choice Hotel is in great location on the pedestrian only road so you’ll have a very short walk from where your taxi drops you off Check in was very prompt …and room on the 4th floor very warm and comfortable Bed was decent….a tad low and not as comfortable as others I’ve had but in truth didn’t keep me awake Bathroom was nice and shower was a little tight….the water flow in the shower could be improved but these are minor things that would need to be improved Had the breakfast which was nice …service a little slow even though I was the only person there …had the scrambled eggs on both days which were excellent Really enjoyed my short trip to Gdansk and I’d certainly use the hotel again on my next visit

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

Cuando llegamos al hotel a primera hora de la mañana la impresión del hotel no fue muy buena pero consiguieron que cambiásemos de opinión. Cuando llegamos a primera hora de la mañana, la chica de recepción fue muy antipática y además no sé porque motivo no me miraba a mi y miraba a mi pareja cuando era yo la que hablaba… nos dijo que el check in era a partir de las dos y que el parking era de pago (15 euros el día). Yo había reservado este hotel precisamente porque en todas las opiniones aparecía que el hotel tenía parking gratuito pero la recepcionista me informó que ese detalle lo habían cambiado desde Julio de 2020, intentamos aparcar en los alrededores del hotel pero fue imposible porque el estacionamiento en la calle era mucho mas caro que el parking del hotel así que finalmente decidimos meterlo en el parking del hotel. Además, se nos informó que la habitación no era en el edificio que aparece en todas las fotos sino en otro anexo. Esto lo explico porque cuando haces la reserva si que es cierto que aparece reserva habitación doble y al lado pone anexo. Creo que tendrían que explicarlo mejor porque nosotros al hacer la reserva no sabemos que significa “anexo”. A la noche cuando terminamos de visitar la ciudad fuimos al hotel a hacer el check in y una chica super simpática y educada en recepción nos dijo que nos habían hecho un upgrade y no habían puesto una habitación en la habitación principal y el servicio del parking era gratuito. La habitación era preciosa, amplia y con todos los detalles necesarios. La habitación estaba en una esquina por lo que tuvimos la suerte de tener unas vistas preciosas al río. La ubicación del hotel es buena, está a unos minutos del centro andando si consigues que los puentes estén abiertos… Hay dos puentes que se abren para que puedan pasar los barcos y los mantienen abierto durante mucho tiempo por lo que, lo tienes que tener en cuenta. Nosotros no conseguimos en todos el día pasar por ellos y tuvimos que dar mucha más vuelta para llegar. Uno de esos puentes está a un minuto andando del hotel y si lo coges abierto llegarás enseguida al centro. Conclusión, el hotel es maravilloso si te toca en el edificio principal y si te dan vistas al rio. Y no sé deciros con certeza si el parking es de pago o no… os aconsejo que les escribáis antes para confirmarlo. Mi experiencia finalmente fue muy buena pero no me gusta que al principio te digan una cosa y luego sea otra… El precio del hotel fue 55 euros noche en época de coronavirus y Octubre, creo que fue mas caro porque coincidió sábado pero creo que es caro para Polonia

I found this to be an excellent hotel. Clean modern and spacious with pleasant and helpful staff. Nice size of room with balcony and excellent choices at buffet breakfast. I also ate evening meal twice and certainly no complaints about the food or service. Another plus was only approx. 7 minute walk to the old town and also Bus and Tram travel withing 5 minutes from the hotel. Would certainly book again if ever back in Gdansk
