I Want to Let Your Front Desk Personnel named Melinda, thank you for our Stay there We arrived At The hotel Late, and She Was ready to go home but totally took Care of Us with A Smile, also She took the time to show US room's So We Could be Safe and Close enough to parking I Was not wanting To Stay there at first, but once we arrived, we made the right Choice. She Is A very great supporter to your HOTEL.

We were in Room 307. Both lights on the right side of bed the lights don’t work. There is no streaming on the TV. The internet is really slow and tends to go off and on. Probably because people are streaming on their computers because they have no streaming services to log into on the TV. The bathroom has a really small vanity, there is no place to put toiletries. Also, we were in a handicap room. We didn’t request one but just for those who do. In the bathroom, there is a tub not a walk-in shower like other handicap rooms I have been in. So, you may want to check on check-in if there is a handicap room with a walk-in shower if that is what you need. Also, there is no place but the toilet to sit to get dressed. There is a shelf to sit on in the bathtub but no chair as I have seen in other rooms like this. Just something to consider if these are items you need. The breakfast was GREAT. Many choices. There were scrambled eggs, croissant sandwiches and boiled eggs, juices, two kinds of means, some potato cubes, a waffle maker, bananas, yogurt. They had regular coffee and individual creamers. The pools was outside, and not heated. I guess later in the season it doesn't need to be but at the end of May it is cold. There was a fast food wrapper in the pool and when walking around the building, there was a tipped over trash can with trash blowing all of over the parking lot. This is probably where the fast food wrapping in the pool came from. All and all, it was a really nice place at a really good location. Literaly on route I15, pretty close to the route 66 attractions, a route 66 museum and a train museum.

XXiaohuisissi房間乾淨整潔，無主燈設計，感覺缺個無線開關，遙控開關之類，哈哈，附近就是奧特萊斯，各種小吃比如panda express, in and out, 很方便的location

I was on the road for 16 hours. After a long day of fighting traffic, I decided to stop. Unfamiliar with the area, I looked up Best Western. The person was very helpful in making a reservation. 30 min later, I checked in at the desk which would have been around 1am. The person at the desk was very friendly, helpful and fast. It was great to see a smiling person with a great personality. The room was as expected, very clean, nothing out of place. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great find. The rooms were very nice sized and had sliders out to the parking lot which made it so easy to bring in luggage, cooler, etc.. Since I always travel with my cutey companion, it was nice that they allowed her to stay with me. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

I will not stay at this hotel again. I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights, but was treated as if I was a vagrant. I could not use the lobby area to wait for friend who lives in Barstow who was picking me up. The rooms have seen better days, the carpets are stained, the bath/sink features are worn and the rooms are noisy from trains passing throughout the night, constant train from the main corridor, and other guests (upstairs) noise. The positives are that there are a few restaurants in the area including McDonalds, Just Grill It next door, Tom’s Restaurant across the street, and a Chevron gas station next door, which is very expensive. Overall, not a pleasant stay and I will not return to this mediocre hotel.
