Tempat peranginan yang cantik. Kakitangan yang hebat dan aktiviti Krismas yang menakjubkan. Satu aduan kami ialah kos. Dengan perbelanjaan bilik mereka perlu lebih kos efektif di kawasan lain untuk membantu keluarga keluar terutamanya pada masa ini. 45 sehari untuk tempat letak kereta adalah melampau dan harga makanan berharga 45 peratus lebih tinggi daripada kebanyakan makanan lain di kawasan itu. Selain itu masa yang menakjubkan dengan isteri saya.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

It was a very nice hotel. We stayed there for a while and it was a lovely experience. Breakfast was really good, the gym was one of the few working gyms we’ve managed to go to. Very clean rooms.

We had a great time at our stay. The hotel was in a great place to walk to a lot of nice parks and places for kids! The Library Restaurant in the lobby was great. Will and Jevon were very helpful at getting our car quickly everyday and helpful getting it packed up!

The front desk attendant at night is rude , he did not want to be there also he was talking so low I didn’t understand half of what was said .
The next there was a small hair ball in the shower on the corner and they needed to dust the room.
They have drinks and snacks for purchase in the room. So after the hotel bar closed I went to get a beer for purchase in my hotel room and none of. They forgot to restock the tray.

This review is for the L27 rooftop only, as we did not stay at the Westin hotel. There were six of us that went for drinks and the beautiful rooftop view. We were helped by Angela and she was terrific! She was responsive and attentive to all of us. Brittany made our drinks and everything tasted terrific and as ordered. I would highly recommend the L27 for a nice place to have drinks with a view. On an improvement note, we were sad that the L27 discontinued the summer concert series in 2024, so would love to see that brought back next year. That series is what introduced us to the L27!

Before you arrive and go on the app to check in you are offered several upgrade options at additional cost. When you get to the hotel the desk staff is confused and tells you there are no free upgrades for diamond members. This is the country music capital of the world however this hotel has decided to play very loud screaming music here for 2 days did not hear one country song. This is an all the common areas including the rooftop Bar not sure who thinks this is cool music it is not. There is no local shuttle you have to pay $20 to go 2 miles in a Lyft for dinner and you have to wait 15 minutes at least at the airport where the Lyft pickup area is pure pandemonium. The entire facility is new however there is lots of tile throughout the building in the common areas and it all needs a good scrubbing from the inside of the elevators which on day one was completely filthy all the way up to the rooftop bar area and pool which also needs a good scrubbing. You get exactly two bottles of water at check-in and that is it as a diamond member until the next day and I'll put two more in your room. The hotel restaurant is supposed to open at 6:00 finally at 6:32 some folks showed up and we got on with breakfast as a diamond member you get $15 towards a $25 breakfast. The floor in the restaurant needs swept and a good scrubbing. There is no executive lounge on site. The convenience of walking out of the terminal into the hotel is very nice I just wish they would give the place a good cleaning and play some country music on their screaming overhead speakers. It would also be nice to bring back some of the lost features of being a diamond Hilton frequent guest.

PPengguna Tetamu'Superfirstly', this La Quintas has the most amazing staff; above and beyond assistance, friendly, welcoming, kind and I mean EVERY staff member we encountered from desk to behind the scenes who we passed in the elevator, arriving at work, EVERYONE!!! deep appreciation to staff members, Diamond who literally 'concierged' us in, and was in charge of our floor and, Kumani who lent us an umbrella, Tracy who was so kind when he came to attend to the TV that was in fact working, the Check in staff on the afternoon of the 27th July who gave great advice and the staff member who brought us additional toiletries we required. (edit) one super comfortable pillow out of the 3 on each bed and a firm, comfortable mattress - perfect for us.
Firstly, it was practically, fantastically 10 minutes' walk into Downtown via the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge for sights over the Cumberland River of Downtown and the Nissan Stadium. It's been modernised compared to La Quintas elsewhere, but do not order the Onion Rings at the bar (horrid)! the 'dry rubbed wings' were great! Otherwise, the bar and seating/lounge area is welcoming, but I never tried the breakfast.
The car park was easily accessible and one of the best prices in the area. All in all, our experience at La Quintas in Nashville, Stadium contributed positively to our overall fantastic short stay and hopefully, building works (no noise) across the way will be complete when we stay again in the future.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I go to Nashville about twice a year. We have stayed here before but only for a night. This time we stayed for 7 nights. At over $300 a night, If you are wanting all the creature comforts that normal hotels have, move on. This is a place to sleep and you gotta work if you need more than that. Here is what I like about it. It is on the strip, so once you are about to pass out from drinking all day, you are only a short stumble to your room. Also, they always have a singer in the lobby so if your just close to passing out, but not quite done, you can always chill in the lobby for one more drink. The hotel is pretty new, so it is pretty clean. Here is the bad. They must have a lock on how low you can put the temperature of your room. We set it to 66 but the room never got any colder than 70. Sometimes at night it was up to 72 so we were hot all night and woke up sweating. House keeping is ”on demand” they will not clean your room if you do not specifically request it. I had to request it twice, because nobody cleaned it the first day that I asked. The toilet seat was broken in the room we had. (not fall off broken, but not attached properly and would slide around) The roll of toilet paper on the actual dispenser had gotten wet before we checked in and god only knows what from, we had to use the other unopened roll on the counter. The rooms do not have an ironing board and iron, the hotel has a community ironing room. They have one iron and no boards. The first time I stayed there, they had an ironing board, this time, they had a table with towels over it. They have a water station to fill the iron with water for steam, but it didn't work. You could hear it clicking, but nothing ever came out. the table to iron on is square so you cant easily get a shirt on it properly to iron it and the towels are just laid there so they keep flipping up when you move the shirt and making a bump under it. the room does have USB ports, but the ones on the right side of the bed did not work. They have what they call a rooftop bar, but the bar is inside and they have a tiny little area that has about 4 tables and tiny stage outside. The restaurant prices are comparable to fine dining. 4 drinks, and a shrimp cocktail almost $200. (4 shrimp for $25) Nashville is expensive, but you can go next door and get a full meal for less. (on the bright side, door dash gives you lots of options just pick it up at the check-in area in the lobby. They will tell you that you get a complimentary drink when you check in, but don't be misled, this is either a Bud Light or some fruity drink that has almost no liquor in it.

RReedPWe have stayed here multiple times in the past 5-10 years, so we *thought* we knew what we were going to get.
It's summer in Nashville, so I'm somewhat ok looking the other way with the building and room feeling humid. The room as a whole was fine; comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, fairly comfy chair & ottoman. The minor things are just confusing and concerning that this once Awesome hotel is trending down.
🚪the key card on the door was busted! Sliding in the card was the MOST FINICKY OF ALL TIME, giving us problems. One time the key card slid all the way in, eating the card. Maintenance came to retrieve the card. No fix was made, we were just told to be careful.
🪟 The sunshades behind the window curtain was janky AF, the left side was down but wouldn't move (the cord had been removed and tucked at the top). All while the right was up without a way to get it down, except to pull it. But when I did that, I realized why they had it up and the electric motor turned off... It didn't go all the way down and was shredded. 💧The sink is backwards, hot water to the right & cool to the left. 🌡️ The thermostat was broken. While the room was kept cool, it was uncomfortably cool with it being humid. It was humid enough that the furniture had a tacky feel to it.
Did the room work for us, yes. Were all the small things adding up make us consider that our next trip will be booked elsewhere, also yes.

Two night stay for a Vikings Sunday game.. Room was clean and modern, we chose an upgrade for a more spacious option. Our view was of a parking ramp. Staff was very friendly and restaurant/bar menu was exceptional. We will recommend this hotel for future Vikings fans

PPengguna TetamuOvernights stay for early am flight. I called the hotel to ask about parking and shuttle to the airport. The lady I spoke to assured me that I could leave the car and there would be no charge - if I stayed at the hotel overnight. I explained I would be gone 4 nights and was assured there was no problem.
I booked the room through my usual app. I called back the next day to verify the room and the car parking. Again, I was assured I could leave the car with no charge if I spent the night T their hotel.
Upon arrival, I was told I would have to pay parking. I explained my 2 calls and the gentleman said it would be $5 per night. At this point it is very late and my flight was very early so I agreed to pay.the $5 per night. I have no idea how it managed to be $35 but being exhausted, I paid.
I am very upset at being given false information - not once but 3 times.
I have advised my company and friends of the issues I encountered.

AAlways&ForeverVacationsA wonderful hotel located just a few minutes from downtown and Broadway. Our room had a great view of the city, which I really enjoyed. It's a great option for those who like a little peace and relaxation in between wild extravaganzas on the main *****s. The shuttle driver was very friendly and the service made it easy and convenient to get to and from Broadway. If you're looking to venture out to other areas or at different times than the shuttle runs, you'll find it's also very easy to get an Uber and pretty affordable. It is also very easy to get to from Nashville Airport or to get on the highway to head to Memphis. The first morning we had breakfast downstairs, we were given a breakfast menu with four options including an omelet, breakfast sandwich, or waffles. I ordered an omelet, which came with home fries, for $13.99. The second morning was buffet style with grits, oats, scrambled eggs, meats, home fries, and some sort of spinach and egg white quiche. The buffet was $14.99 per person. While the food was decent and it did work for convenience while waiting for the rest of the group to get up and going, there's not much to rave about. I will mix it up and try other options next time. I didn't get a chance to try the other restaurant in the hotel, but maybe next time. Overall, it was a great stay I would choose again.

PPengguna TetamuWas in town for work. The location is excellent I am literally near everything food, shopping , hospital and work. I come here every few months to do covid-19 clean up training and I always stay here. These guys are the best. It's basic & simple with no hassle. No mess. No fuss. Friendly staff here will help with whatever may pop up. They are down to earth and will not bother you when you need rest. I need Day time sleep bc I work at night and these guys did not bother me about signing papers or key cards updated. When I woke up and got ready to go I stopped by the front desk and my booking paperwork was all good to go. I had to do a day by day reservation and they were cool with it. The price you cannot beat. The hotel down the street here was 197$ a night, with rewards. These guys were 72$ with rewards membership. It is safe. It is clean. Very Simple and easy to check in. I recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be near anything in Nashville. Work. Play. Business. There isn't a pool ,but I haven't seen anyone swimming in hotel pools since before the pandemic. So it is not a deal breaker lol They get all 5 stars from me! Thank you for not being complicated and all in my business while I was crazy training and visiting my dad while he was at St. Thomas with Open Heart Surgery. Thank you and God bless.

The hotel was very nice. The bedroom was very big and had plenty of space for your clothes. There was a full size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and if you needed any dishes or utensils all you had to do was ask for it at the front desk. The staff were very friendly. We loved the location. Easy access to everything.
