A lovely weekend stay at Manor Hotel surrounded by vast bamboo forests, peaceful lakes, and nature everywhere. We spotted birds, monkeys, porcupines, and even sloths around the territory. The highlight was definitely breakfast with giraffes — such a unique experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with rides, rope walks, and plenty of activities for children. The large territory is easy to explore thanks to the transfer carts that quickly take guests around. Our stay started with some disappointment as our original room had damp stains on the ceiling and dirty carpets nearby, but the staff handled it professionally and moved us to a cozy cottage hidden among the bamboo trees. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing with tea on the terrace while listening to the wind and birds. We also appreciated the early check-in and the thoughtful touch of having chargers available in every room in case guests forgot theirs. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. One suggestion would be to improve the cleanliness of the ponds and streams around the property, especially for a hotel at this price point.

For a home stay, the room is excellent. Well set up and clean. Amenities around the place is good. In the evening,nice to sit down and zip been. Another important point for me is location. If you enter the old town at the right entry gate. Don’t need to walk far to reach the place. The surface of the walk way is not flat. Not nice to drag luggage for longer distance. Overall highly recommend.

My room smelled like cigarettes which is relatively normal for China, BUT! I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

Room is clean and spacious. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. She was very nice even though she was busy with other guess and other errands. Both of them gave me great experience at the hotel ✨

The service was excellent and exceeded the expectations.  We were able to check in earlier and got an upgraded room.  The breakfast buffet had lots of food options with decent quality.  The hotel location is convenient to all places where we planned to visit.  A special thanks to Mr. Feng, who helped us to carry the luggage.  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Chinese garden style resort.

地理位置極其優越，不管是景區還是網紅店都在步行距離內；春節期間附近的網紅美食基本都沒有堂食的機會，人太多，最好的方案就是住的近，買了之後直接回去吃，打包到酒店都還是熱的，不影響口感，讓旅途吃飯十分輕鬆；窗景很好，有早餐，配置不算高端但是勝在價格合適且配套齊全，不管前台姐姐，還是打掃的阿姨，還是早餐廚房的阿姨，都很熱心、滿臉微笑。

Moment exceptionnel dans cette maison d’hôtes. Au cœur de la nature, avec vue sur la pagode en haut de la montagne. Je vous conseille de faire un tour aux alentours pour profiter de l’ambiance sonore nocturne hors du commun. La maison d’hôtes est confortable, clean et belle (élégant design épuré et naturel avec de nombreux éléments en bois, 新中式 “nouveau style chinois”, on s’y sent très bien.) Le gros coup de cœur c’est le couple qui tient la maison d’hôtes. Le monsieur est passionné de photographie et a réalisé des documentaires auparavant pour une chaîne nationale. Il apprécie la bière de qualité et nous en avons partagé quelques unes en terrasse jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Il propose une gamme de bière artisanale brassée en Chine avec des saveurs originales comme par exemple la bière au thé de Longjing ! Une personne vraiment sympathique, facile à discuter avec et intelligente, des réflexions profondes échangées, le dialogue était passionnant. La dame est autrice de pièces de théâtre. Elle a étudié à Chambéry et Strasbourg et a un bon français ! Ses pièces sont jouées dans toute la Chine, elle m’a offert le recueil de ses pièces que je lis avec passion, c’est vraiment une écriture exceptionnelle et des réflexions profondes sur la vie moderne, à travers des dialogues ultra efficaces. Je ne saurais que vous recommander cette maison d’hôtes, c’était vraiment un moment assez unique pour moi.

與姐妹一起，就是想來放鬆放鬆吸收吸收大自然的能量 飯菜好吃😋 還去開了1.5小時去採摘了楊梅 楊梅季現在是 最美的就是路上的風景！！！ 就覺得酒店的服務人員很少 在你不需要他的時候哈哈 等你有事的時候都是服務員哈哈哈哈😂 服務很好哇 謝謝 泳池在住的第二天的下午下去了哈哈哈 拍完照片就回去洗了個熱水澡 那個懸崖咖啡廳很暇意也很出片 一定白天去看 晚上就是安靜 酒店還有一個咖啡廳 一共兩個 另一個在酒店門口 超級美 很大很漂亮 特別適合拍照打卡閑坐 那個吊橋也很美 很出片哦 看你怎麼拍啦哈哈 下次帶爸媽一起來 這裏空氣特別好 睡覺也很香 沒住夠 但是打工人要去打工啦 哈哈哈

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized. A special thanks to Lucy for her kind and helpful support throughout our stay. We would happily come back again.

The rooms were a little older than in the pictures. Loved the service and location. It was always clean and tidy in our room when we came back to the room. In overall a very good stay.
