Last minute change of plans led me back here as the choice is simple due to the excellent customer service, comfort, and cleanliness.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and everything was well organized. A special thanks to Lucy for her kind and helpful support throughout our stay. We would happily come back again.

Just spent a 2 nights at the Dockside Boutique Hotel in Wuzhen and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are absolute gems - super caring and always ready to help. Breakfast spread was delish, and the zao cha experience they offer at the market was a fun twist! Location's a winner too - it's the final stop, so super chill and convenient. Would totally stay here again

The service was excellent and exceeded the expectations.  We were able to check in earlier and got an upgraded room.  The breakfast buffet had lots of food options with decent quality.  The hotel location is convenient to all places where we planned to visit.  A special thanks to Mr. Feng, who helped us to carry the luggage.  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Chinese garden style resort.

This hotle chain is quickly becoming my favorite in Taizhou: clean, nice bfast and amenities. And the toilet is very very nice! They provide coffee also! Expect to stay here very often. Had a slight hiccup when i shipped some stuff to the hotel when they couldn't find it. They finally managed tho!

Very comfortable one night stay. The river view was super and the area around the hotel is great to walk around. Helpful reception staff who gave a great dinner recommendation!

Special thanks to Hans at front office, he’s a very professional manager, his English is very fluent and even Japanese and Cantonese. Through our conversation, I learned that he had worked at several upscale hotels,including the Grand Hyatt and Alila. He knows a lot about tourist attractions in Haining. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfast is also plentiful.👍

作為還在開發建設中的島嶼，雷迪森酒店各方面設施較完善，服務很周到。從預訂開始，服務團隊就小周就熱情聯繫，提供接送服務，推薦景點和餐飲，耐心幫我們挑選了風景視野俱佳的樓層，房間寬敞舒適，乾淨衞生，躺在床上就能欣賞大陳島海景。當天傍晚騎行去了烏沙頭景點，第二天小周開皮卡帶我們去了帽羽沙，藍綠色的大海美得像幅畫，原本想再續訂一晚，可惜酒店前面的沙灘在施工，孩子沒法玩沙，衹好去了下大陳。出發前在酒店點了幾道菜意想不到的好吃，價格和附近大排檔差不多，菜品品質與味道更好！ 總之，在這裏的入住體驗很不錯。以後考慮再來一次上大陳！

Kali kedua menginap di sini, secara keseluruhan agak baik. Bilik menghadap bandar betul-betul bertentangan dengan Hangzhou Grand Theatre. Secara peribadi saya rasa pemandangan malam lebih baik daripada pemandangan sungai. Kemudahan bilik perlu diselenggara dan diperbaiki. Kualiti buah-buahan hotel perlu dipertingkatkan. Buah-buahan selamat datang dan buah-buahan yang dihantar ke bilik untuk sarapan rasanya biasa-biasa sahaja, tembikai tidak manis, nanas dan oren terlalu masam sehingga tidak boleh dimakan. Ini tidak sesuai dengan pilihan produk hotel bertaraf lima bintang.

Located within walking distance of District 1, this hotel is a great choice for business travelers. I noticed a diverse international crowd during my stay, including guests from Colombia, Turkey, Africa, and other Asian countries, which created a vibrant and professional environment. The hotel offers useful facilities such as a gym and a restaurant in the basement. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including fresh salads, multiple bread selections, and a live cooking station. It is also suitable for Muslim travelers, which is a big advantage. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. They used translation tools effectively to communicate and even assisted me in getting a Chinese SIM card, which was very convenient. There is also a weighing machine available at the reception. Although the reception area is relatively small and located on Level 7, the service quality more than makes up for it. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the hotel staff for their support and hospitality.
