My room smelled like cigarettes which is relatively normal for China, BUT! I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

Just spent a 2 nights at the Dockside Boutique Hotel in Wuzhen and I can't recommend it enough! The staff are absolute gems - super caring and always ready to help. Breakfast spread was delish, and the zao cha experience they offer at the market was a fun twist! Location's a winner too - it's the final stop, so super chill and convenient. Would totally stay here again

 it was a pleasant stay. We love this place. Wish to visit The next time. Even the facility is little bit old. And sometimes have insects. We still enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The surroundings are amazing. Staffs were friendly.

Great design. No diner restaurant in the hotel, but next to it, you have the most marvellous restaurant you can imagine: so many fresh sea food you can select from. Free Cloth washing machines and dryer are a big plus!

Shangri-La is a good hotel. The rooms are cosy and clean. Buffet restaurant has a good variety of food and the price is reasonable. However, it closes at 9pm which is too early. There's another restaurant/bar but it was always empty. The location of the hotel is a bit far from places of interest.

Special thanks to Hans at front office, he’s a very professional manager, his English is very fluent and even Japanese and Cantonese. Through our conversation, I learned that he had worked at several upscale hotels,including the Grand Hyatt and Alila. He knows a lot about tourist attractions in Haining. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, breakfast is also plentiful.👍

酒店位於上大陳島南端，位置相當好，天氣好的話，在酒店正好能看到日落 剛開業不久，都還很新，建築和佈局有一定的設計，小酒吧透過頂部大圓孔引進自然光，有點致敬安藤忠雄直島美術館的意思 工作人員非常友好，管家小周耐心周到，從碼頭接船開始，直到第二天離開上大陳，安排妥妥的，值得誇讚 早餐也很豐盛 隔壁正在大興土木建新酒店，給外部環境帶來些微負面影響，問題不大 很值得推薦

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berhampiran sungai dan air pancut muzik, serta bertentangan dengan Hangzhou Grand Theatre. Hanya 10 minit berjalan kaki ke City Balcony di tepi Sungai Qiantang, tempat terbaik untuk menikmati pertunjukan cahaya percuma pada waktu malam. Hotel ini juga hanya beberapa minit berjalan kaki ke pusat membeli-belah outlet yang besar. Bilik-bilik hotel mewah, selesa dan luas. Sarapan bufet pula menawarkan pelbagai pilihan.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. They have welcome fruits and drinks at the lobby. Free breakfast is pretty good with mains, salads, breads and fruits. Service is also superb especially their manager. They also clean the rooms daily and provide new toiletries everyday. Washing machine and gym are free of use as well ⭐️
