江南煙火裏的治癒系民宿，來了就不想走 環境: 古韻與文藝的温柔碰撞 從踏入西塘古鎮的街巷開始，原築的指引牌就帶着一種“歸家”的親切感。 白天，白牆黛瓦的江南建築風格與古鎮肌理完美融合； 夜晚，門口的小庭院竹籬、暖燈、盛放的花樹瞬間拉滿氛圍感，彷彿闖入了江南的私藏夢境。 公共區域的佈置更是驚喜——心形燈串、蕾絲帷幔、小桌椅組成的浪漫角落，還有寫着“我在西塘等你”的文藝橫幅，隨手一拍都是電影感大片！ 🏠 房間：簡約舒適，細節見用心 我住的是投影大床房，推開門就被温馨感包裹：原木色床頭+淺色系床品，搭配簡約的吊燈，乾淨又高級。 投影儀是加分項！晚上躺在床上看一場電影，疲憊感瞬間消散～床頭的小置物台放着礦泉水和紙巾，衣架、插座佈局合理，連垃圾桶都設計得很精緻。 房間採光柔和，隔音也不錯，深夜聽不見街巷喧囂，衹有江南的靜謐相伴。 🐾 服務：温暖貼心，寵物友好滿分 前台小姐姐超級温柔！ 辦理入住時耐心介紹周邊景點、美食，還送了手寫地圖。更驚喜的是寵物友好！ 民宿裏養了幾衹可愛的小貓，“VIP觀賞位”的佈置太戳愛貓人士了——透明空間裏，貓咪或坐或卧，萌化人心，拍照互動都很自在～ 小資情調，氛圍感拉滿 吧枱區域陳列着琳琅滿目的酒瓶，文藝感十足；角落的裝飾架和書法掛畫，處處透着老闆的巧思。還有室內水景庭院，彷彿把江南園林搬進了民宿，坐在這兒喝杯茶，看水波蕩漾，時間都慢下來了。 原築不是那種“打卡式”民宿，而是能讓人真正放鬆下來，感受江南煙火、文藝氛圍的地方。 適合情侶約會、閨蜜小聚，也超適合帶寵物來一場“治癒之旅”～ 這裏真的會讓人來了就不想要走了～ 📌 小Tips： 夜晚的公共區域，尤其是帶燈的小角落，拍照超出片，記得穿淺色系衣服！ 喜歡貓咪的話，一定要和“VIP觀賞位”的小主們互動～ 提前和前台説需求（比如投影、安靜房間），服務會超貼心～

My room smelled like cigarettes which is relatively normal for China, BUT! I asked for a non smoking room yet there is an ashtray, when I wanted to do my own laundry they tell me that they’ll do it and send it to my room. Over 12 hours later my laundry was still not sent to my room. It takes 1 hour to run a normal cycle, and nearly 2 hours to dry with low heat. Why did it take 3x the amount of time? And the toilet was not clean, these brown specks.

Located at the strategic location, closed to tian yi square. Within walking distance to several attractions. Only downside is although is non smoking room but can smell the next door smoking as well as their conversations and snoring sound.

The service was excellent and exceeded the expectations.  We were able to check in earlier and got an upgraded room.  The breakfast buffet had lots of food options with decent quality.  The hotel location is convenient to all places where we planned to visit.  A special thanks to Mr. Feng, who helped us to carry the luggage.  We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Chinese garden style resort.

Very nice Chinese family owned bed and breakfast. The room are clean and as per the pictures. Good quality homemade chinese style breakfast. The only small drawback is the really hard bed if you are used to soft mattress.

酒店剛開業，5.1哪哪都人多，發現四明山有家新的五鑽酒店，果斷訂房體驗。房間設計感極強，床品布草考究，洗護馥馬爾，第一次見voss鐵罐礦泉水，mini bar暢飲，竟然還有麒麟啤酒！咖啡廳專業拉花，辣媽機器，咖啡好喝，還有一個懸崖日咖夜酒，讓我感到很驚艷！餐廳水準在線！早餐豐富專業，沒想到四明山上還有這麼好的度假酒店，實屬難得！確實很“Retreat”！

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

The rooms were a little older than in the pictures. Loved the service and location. It was always clean and tidy in our room when we came back to the room. In overall a very good stay.
