PPengguna TetamuAs soon as I opened my room, #123 it smell like mold. Once I open the bathroom door to check it out, a big roach crawling on the bathroom wall. Then the roaches keep coming out. The shower had a lot of mold between tiles. Could not sleep or rest all night. Complaint at consumer service, management tell me that they can’t return my money because I purchased my room through a third party vendor. They can be a free stay in the future. Why in the world, would I want to stay there ever again.
