Property is located within walking distance from the TRAX train station. The outside was clean and hotel is easy to get to . The room was very roomy and clean with a big bathroom. Bed and pillows provided a great night of sleep. The real reason for my rating is the customer service which was outstanding. I was checked in by Madeleine who was very courteous and professional. She has a wonderful personality and answered all my questions. She recognized my Hilton Honors status and invited me to the hotel’s parent company’s birthday celebration they were having at the hotel. Just a joy to be greeted by her. I found that the shuttle bus drivers were equally helpful and friendly. Even though the property is a little dated, it was the customer service that really stood out and made my stay enjoyable…especially the friendly smile from Madeleine. Would definitely stay here again.

CCarolhuffHad a great stay, the place is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Will definitely book here again. Thanks for a great experience.

SSteven Unexpected amenities, thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation my first time at this chain, it’s not like an apartment is it like a all suite Hotel. Everything was great with the stain. How do I known it is Vance everything that I had I would’ve stopped at the grocery store and bought some food first and they take dogs which was a really big plus for me you got your moneys worth I’d recommend staying here Location is right in the middle of it all.

PPengguna TetamuFor a Best Western Chain hotel, this hotel is like a super 8. We didn't get a good night sleep. Bed was so uncomfortable. Could feel the springs and hear the springs popping. Unfriendly staff. No microwave anywhere. No orange juice, no hot chocolate, no coffee, no hot water in morning for breakfast nor for guest in lobby. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

PPengguna TetamuEnded up staying for the park sleep hotel and Chad S. was very informative! Had a bunch of questions about they stay and area and chad was spot on with every answer. Asked him a question that I didn't really expect him to know the answer to and instead of guessing or saying i don't know he said ”let me find out for you” and was able to get back to me in maybe 30 seconds! The man is a true professional through and through plus he has a very splendid attitude! Thanks chad!

Really enjoyed my stay at this location, check in was very quick and informative. Entire Staff was very friendly and professional definitely would love to give Kudos to Cora, Steve, and (the other Night Auditor/Night Laundry Attendant I didn't get her name) for making my trip an absolute pleasant one and going above and beyond to assure we had a comfortable stay. Thank you guys so much!
