Excellent location and great apartment! We will definitely stay there again!” Things I like The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

Room was great but service a bit and miss. Called butler and housekeeping to change Aircon settings but no reply Portions in restaurant are large so don't order too much

This boutique hotel provided outstanding customer service. The rooms are large. I was served breakfast in front of the fireplace. I would come back to stay here again because this was such a wonderful experience.

The pace is centrally located near businesses and food outlets. It gives an option of dining with them or choosing mulitiple resturants within a walking distance. It has a safe parking area and the rooms are comfortable and clean. There is fast WIFI. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

I had a beautiful stay, the room is spacious, the bed is in very good condition, the staff us very friendly and the hotel is easily accessible to the train station and to university of Pretoria.

Great experience. Wonderful staff at reception , doning room ,bar and parking . The staff cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise, knock on the door early in the morning and were not very polite. They need to be inducted in customer service.

The service was excellent upon my arrival,I was surprised with a cake and fruits and nuts platter because I went to celebrate my birthday thank you ANEW HOTEL,not to forget a glass of champagne at reception enjoyed my birthday.

An absolutely stunning place!! The best stay we have had!! Breakfast and dinner included. The food was outstanding and a lot couldn’t finish every meal. They are friendly and helpful we had royalty treatment! 100% recommend to stay here. The room was amazing, the temperature was comfortable for this cold weather and the VIEW was spectacular !!!!! The Lodge is also safe to go for a nice run or nature walk.

Affordable three star. Pleasant stay and safe parking. Comfortable bed. WiFi didn't work in the room and no flexibility whatsoever for early check-in (”the rooms aren't ready” - but suddenly they're all ready at the same time...). Would stay again at the correct price point.
