All the staff are very caring and Mr.Ajaz is very helpful always. Warmer available while night. Thank you so much. Dinner menu is good, and good breakfast. Got medicines in the middle and very helpful and caring people.

Views from the hotel are super awesome. Centrally heated rooms, heater running from 4pm all the way till morning 9am. Hot water/cold water comes 24x7. Recieved best hospitality from the staff specially Kaisar bhai.

It was a pleasure staying at Royal park. It is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. They offer complementary kashmiri chai. The staff was also good specially jeelani sir he was a great *** thanks to him.Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Experience was good, hotel staff was very supporting specially Jeelani Shah and Mubashir. Rooms are good and hotel location is beautiful. Food can be improved a little bit and more varieties can be included. I would more emphasis in hotel staff as all persons are very cooperative.

Very good service by jeelani shah. And hotel is very good .location is also very very good.The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.

Reasonable Hotel in the perfect location, typical hotel for India but with 2 exceptions. Beautiful Food, and the hotel goes out of its way to make sure you get what you need and enjoy. Do note some of the Food is very spicy. My daughter couldn’t eat spicy food so they made her fresh food she could eat. The rooms could do with a fan for air flow but the heater cooks you, to a point you have to turn it off even when it snows. External information Remember to make sure you book your gondola rides in advance or you may be disappointed when trying to travel to see the beautiful views. Or you can hire a helicopter to ride up to level 1 or level 2 of the mountain. Also make sure you read your bookings to make sure what’s included or you may be paying a lot more for out of pocket costs, ie atv rides when you could book a cab(for 1/3 the price). Also make sure you are aware of the boot hire costs. Or jacket hire costs etc? There is a lot of incidentals that will chew up 20k rupees if you are not paying attention. Horse rides, an assistant to go with you walking the horse? Or even food sales to photographers. There is so much to see and fun to be had but be aware of the simple things like tipping? Have a wonderful holiday, we did 🙂

Amazing hospitality everything was perfect. Mr sahil from fnb and tanveer from room service also helped us throughout the stay. Good food and every service asked was done on time. Extra facilities were also given to us and all the staff were friendly.
