In the district of Linari 3 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 6 km from the centre of Barberino Val d'Elsa, 15 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 82 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 10'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (14 x 7 m, depth 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 05.Nov.).
