An absolute diamond of a hotel, location is fantastic.
Amenities are fabulous, rooms are spotless and cleaned daily.
Staff are lovely and very happy and helpful.
Would highly recommend.
Will definitely be returning.

Great central location for the old town by the Catedral. Lovely room. Continental breakfast was ok for a quick morning bite to eat. But have had better!

We stayed at Hotel Barcelona Catedral for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The room was a smaller than I anticipated (we had an Executive Double which did not look like the pictures) but everything else was very good.
The staff was friendly, and we used the bar for coffee, drinks, and dessert.
I loved the location. While it was not easy for taxis and ride share options to find it is in a very walkable location.
I found exploring the city easy by foot. A nice plaza and the Barcelona Catedral are around the corner. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
The Plaça de Catalunya is a 5-minute walk and from there you can catch inexpensive buses that go to the airport.
I will consider staying here again as overall it was a wonderful time. I will need to come during warmer weather to utilize the rooftop pool.

The hotel was most noisey hotel I have ever stayed in, not due to loud guests but what seems to be no noise proofing in the rooms.
We had to move rooms within 15 minutes of checking in due to the noise. The new room was no better. If a chair moved anywhere on the same floor it was heard!
The reception team and bar team were great.
It’s such a shame that the loudness of the hotel has made an otherwise great stay quite disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again
