"Great hostel, the staff was very friendly. The room is actually bigger than I thought it would be. There's a coffee machine in the hostel, a kitchen with a good fridge and the shower is great. "Very nice new hotel, with beautiful rooftop pool and bar/restaurant. The 2 bedroom suite that we stayed in was spacious, and we appreciated the full kitchen and living room. It was convenient to have a laundry room in the hotel. Overall, a great stay, and we would gladly stay again. The only slight negative is that the location of the hotel is relatively far from the city center and the airport."

"The front desk staff was excellent. I arrived early, and since a room was available, they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in. I truly appreciated their flexibility.
The room door was a bit tricky. After swiping the key card, you needed to push it quite firmly to open it. I struggled to open it a couple of times, thinking it was faulty. I eventually called the front desk, and they clarified that I simply wasn't pushing hard enough.
Guests can go up to the rooftop terrace without a reservation to take photos, offering fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's close proximity to Sagrada Familia also means you can easily visit in the morning to capture its reflection."

"The location is super good, very close to the Sagrada Familia, you can see the Sagrada Familia from the balcony, the room is large, the kitchen facilities are complete, there is a big supermarket downstairs, we bought milk, bread, drinks, etc., which can be placed in the refrigerator, and the microwave can also heat milk. It is close to the subway and convenient for travel. There are Chinese and Western restaurants nearby. "The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. The room has an induction cooker and a microwave for simple cooking. Since we stayed for a long time, the room service changed my quilt cover and other bedding on the third day of our stay. When I slept at night, I smelled the quilt very bad! I found that the quilt cover and pillowcase were very damp and had a musty smell! It should be that the quilt cover was not dried after washing! It was moldy and smelly! So disgusting!"

TTeeks Pros:
- The staff was lovely, friendly and helpful
- If you request something, such as an iron etc., it’s always on time and without delay
- Everything was clean. I cannot complain about the cleaning standards.

- the room is quite dark despite the lights available
- The view, especially the back view, was dreary and depressing, considering I had a long flight from Asia compared to my sister, who flew from Europe and didn’t need the rest as much as I did. Every day, I woke up to a very depressing view. It’s not ideal, and it's poor for someone who may enjoy visuals.
- The sockets were annoying; one didn’t work, and the kettle station needed to be handheld or changed elsewhere. Twice, I held the kettle button down manually to make coffee because I couldn’t be bothered for someone to come and check or replace it as I was in a rush
- The furniture and carpets are outdated in style and appearance. It makes the hotel look way older
- There’s a door holder behind the bathroom door, which lands in the middle, next to the toilet. I hurt myself a few times because I keep forgetting it’s there and, therefore, poorly designed
- Unfortunately, we forgot to bring our toothpaste and toothbrush, though I wasn’t expecting Best Western not to have them in your room. You have to request them every day. The housekeeper didn’t leave them or free water for us daily, only on the first day. So I’m not sure if she’s been forgetting to give us any, or it’s only complimentary water on day 1.
- The wardrobe is tiny and in such a hidden, awakened position. It was dark black and looked like glass. We had to call the staff to show us. It’s in a weird place
- Slippers: Again, much like the water, we were only given slippers on the first day. I understand the need to go green, but given that we stayed for four nights, it would be hygienic to give us a new set. On the last day, we had to wear our own shoes inside the room, which wasn’t great.
- We paid € 15 additional for breakfast daily €. It was basic but not bad. But the time until 10:30AM is good.
Overall, was it worth the money we paid for four nights? No.
The only highlights were ,mentioned among the professional staff members and cleanliness standards.

GGuest UserLocation was good, the hotel was a good place to rest after a long train ride. However, check in and check out was slow. There was a loud banging noise outside the window at 5am in the morning, disturbing our sleep. Phone and safe deposit box were not working. Housekeeping walked into our room in the morning when we were still sleeping. They were also very rough with cleaning the rooms next door so it was noisy, didn’t help that the walls were thin.

GGuest UserI found this hotel miserable from many aspect. We arrived at midnight from the airport and we’re given the last room left. The room has a distinct smell that almost like a man’s underarm. We asked for a double room but it was two single beds put together. The shower head had a 30s hot water and 5s cold water loop. The bath tub was blocked.
We asked for a change and were given an upgrade queen bed room the next day, thank you for that. Unfortunately, the new room still has the underarm smell but a bit less, and also a new smell like it’s been a very old room with unventilated smell from some furnitures or the wall. The shower head problems was still there.
The location is alright, despite quite a distance from the metro station, you can still take the buses.

1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash.
Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number.

Location: The hotel is definitely well located, the metro (subway) is right outside, there is a shopping mall across the street and a couple restaurants around. To get to central Barcelona it took about 25min by metro.
Amenities/Service: The room I got provided the basic of the basics (1 towel and 1 pillow per person). You can get more tru your stay but THERES NO ROOM SERVICE/CLEANING. The front desk was more helpful to other guests (who spoke spanish) than they were to me, just average.
My thoughts: I like the hotel. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know how and where it is. I am not sure how the other floors are setup but my bed was so close to the other room (thin walls) that I woke up at 2am because they were watching TV loudly.
