The room is normal compared to other european cities. Location is very very good and i recommend to 1st traveller as it is close to most sites. The only thing is that the walls are thin. There is noise coming over especially if there are kids in the next room

This hotel is centrally located and you can get to many tourist attractions conveniently. The room might be small but truly cozy! If you show the reception your IHG membership, you will be allowed late check-out at 2 pm!

Extremely convenient location. A few minutes walk to and from aerobus station. There was some musty smell since my room was on ground level. They covered the smell with some spray. But luckily my room was not facing street so it was very quiet. The staffs were friendly and helpful. So all good for my stay.

Close to shopping area. Friendly front desk. Good value for the location and service. Nice decoration. I have a city view room. Can oversee main road but not noisy. May be a good choice if prefers a room with view.

The room I booked on Ctrip was arranged in the semi-basement on the first floor of the podium building. The room was cold and damp. There was no heating facility, and the air conditioner did not heat. It was still quite cold in early April. I curled up in the quilt for a night. The next day, I asked the hotel, and they coldly told me that it was like this. There was no room to change, and it was full. If it was cold, they would give me an extra blanket. 😅 The breakfast waiter asked me to sign the bill, and I said it included breakfast, and he smiled and left. What kind of service is this!!! They also did not allow late check-out. In short, the waiters were all indifferent.
