I think the pictures will say it ll but HOW in hell's name are you allowing people to stay here. The rooms may be fine BUT: 1. The area is totally unsafe 2. Druggies and homeless people on the streets outside 3. Stairs needed to get to the lift - not mentioned anywhere on ***********, totally unsuitable for elderly people 4. Entrance absolutely FILTHY! Wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there 5. Customer service non existent, was charged the full price even though my family physically couldn't stay there with the stairs I work in travel and travel a lot and this is the WORST experience I have EVER had.
