Really fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff. it’s a small boutique hotel so do not expect the amenities available at major chain hotels. For example, there was only one elevator. Also, there was no iron & kettle in the room. But I believe you can ask the reception for these. For my family though, the hotel was great. Also, the morning buffet was value for money. At 11 euros, I was able to get many things that I wanted. Amazing!! I like the fact that it was located less than 10 mins walk away Espanya L1 metro. So it was really easy to travel.

The staff are eager to provide service with willingness and smiles. Good location, just approx.5 mon walked from Espanya Station, also near Aerobus station. Compact room, perfect for relaxing. It would be great if there was a water bottle in the room or a kettle.

Location is good. Room is fine, but there’s no proper ventilation. Its warm inside the room.

Just at the city centre and all the staffs are very professional . All famous locations are within walking distance . Cheap and clean . Sure will be back .

The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the airport shuttle bus, and there's plenty of convenience for dining and shopping nearby. The hotel reception staff were very helpful; they upgraded me to a larger room free of charge. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was also good. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Everything was great. The only thing was that the bathroom pipes had a strong smell, but if you closed the door you couldn't smell anything.

The hotel door is locked and people are watching, so it feels safe. The location is not very convenient, but the streets nearby are very comfortable! The room is a bit small, but the soundproofing is good. It is a recommended place for short-term stays.

VERY clean room, looks like new. The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus stop to the airport, and also within walking distance of the train station. You can leave your luggage for free. I recommend it!

Situated next to Plaza España. Grocery stores nearby. The room is small. Everything is clean.

The room was OK, but there was a light that I couldn't turn off, so I couldn't sleep; it was blinding

The hotel is very new, the front desk service is very friendly, and there is a supermarket nearby which is very convenient. It is very close to the airport bus pick-up point
