Ulasan Hotel Serhs Rivoli Rambla

This is my second time I sty I never change because the staff was helpful and very nice hotel

Very nice hotel. Very good location. Walking distance to everything.

Excellent location along the main tourist street la rambla. Just opposite carrefour supermarket to get anything!

The location is very convenient, hotel is easy to find. However the check out experience is extremely bad, on the day I check out, I called to the reception and make the late check out request, the lady who picked the call is very rude and impolite, no greetings and just hang the phone without saying anything. When we checked out, we hope to drop our luggage to the storage room for a few hours, the receptionist just asked us to leave the luggage in the lobby and without saying anything, I asked her politely is it safe ? She just simply said YES very loud. I didn’t expected a 4 star hotel would treat their guest like this, totally I acceptable, she is a lady with has an all back hairstyle, curly hair and with glasses.

Very good hotel in terms of location

A great stay. Locally positioned with helpful staff. Lots to see and around. Rooms suffer from street niose is my only criticism

The location is excellent. There is a airport bus station close to it. And it is very convenient to visit. Their Wi-Fi is really unstable, I had stayed for 3 nights and no Wi-Fi for 2 nights in my room. Also, duvet does not have a proper duvet cover. It is covered by two pieces of cloth.

道を挟んだ向かいに大きなスーパーマーケットがあり、とても便利でした。 スリッパ、歯ブラシがついているのも良かったです。ドライヤーは壁についているタイプなので、少し風量が弱かったですがあまり気にならない程度です。部屋の広さも1番狭い部屋を選びましたが十分でした。 ホテルのスタッフはどなたも感じが良かったです。 夜も寝る頃には騒音は気になりませんでした。 お勧めできるホテルです。

Camera moderna e pulita. La camera è dotata di un bollitore con una bottiglia di acqua e una bottiglia di vino in omaggio. L'hotel si trova sulla Rambla. Unica piccola nota negativa è che dalla camera si sentiva leggermente il rumore dei treni della metropolitana.

房間算大的了，早餐可以、大堂有茶水、巧克力、服務熱情，有地圖提供，靠近地鐵站、對面有家樂福。大教堂、加泰羅尼亞歌劇院步行可達

酒店位置非常棒，去哪兒都方便！唯一不開心的就是門口在修管道還是啥，挖得爛糟糟的。到了才知道門口那條大街就是著名的La Rambla大街，nice！

酒店位置很好，機場大巴下車幾分鐘就可以到達。有個外陽台坐着喝點咖啡很悠閑。臨街的房間肯定有有一點吵。
