Ulasan Hotel Sagrada Familia

We arrived on 12/10/25 in Hotel  Sagrada Familia for a 4-day, 3 night stay. That night, we couldn’t sleep because we keep on perspiring and the room was so hot.I tried to adjust the temperature but the aircon was I still in a heater mode. In other words, our first night was really worst. The next morning, I complaint  about our problem, a certain Martina attended to us and told us that the whole hotel’s aircon was set up in a heater mode during autumn. What she can do is to give us an electric fan and told us that she will send someone to bring it to our room, it’s already night and no electric fan arrived. So, I went to the lobby and Martina was not there and a certain Stephanie was in the counter. I told her about our problem and immediately, she opened the storage room and ask me if she could send someone to bring it in our room. It’s just a small electric fan and very light so I just carried it by myself. Thanks to Stephanie for her immediate action. I was so disappointed by their staff Martina for disregarding me about my request. Hope the management will not tolerate such staff like Martina for attending to their client properly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to major attractions, shopping, restaurants and public transportation.

When we reached room was not ready, then wifi was not working then door handle came off. Lot of problems.

Staff are nice. location is the best. Good budger hotel.

Very poor. You pay for a better experience To expensive for what they offer

Very nice location, 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Area is quiet with some restaurant choices. A few supermarkets around the block. Hotel is clean in general. A electric kettle is v handy. Showers is strong. One con for me is that the room is too warm. You turned down to 10C and still only fan is on. I bet the room was prob around 22C. We ended up opening the windows for fresh air. But last night, some tourists decided to chat well over midnight, and it affected my sleep. Overall, quite satisfied with the stay.

Great Location and terrace a plus. Please Fix the air-condition AC next time it gives very warm air and we had to open the window. Many also had the same problem. The mini fridge was good and useful. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel is very good but the breakfast was not delicious

A comfy room in the city centre but sound-proofing can be better.

This is my 2nd time in the hotel and I have chosen this because of it's proximity to the food stops and the metro.
