Room is big. Room is clean. Front desk staff is very helpful. Nice city center location.

Friendly reception service, smooth check in, convenient location with many restaurant & cafes around. Definitely will stay there again!

We enjoyed the stay. The hotel was nice decorated and the personell was friendly. The room was big enough for a small family. Just the shower and toilet could have more privacy. The building is situated at walking distance to rambla and a lot of attractions.

Excellent location for walking and using the public transport. Rooms are clean and spacious for family’s. Would definitely recommend.

We arrived early in the morning after our long haul travel, didn't expect to have the room ready. But the hotel staff was very friendly and assisted us to a prepared room before 11am. That made our day much more relaxed. We started our city tour after refreshing at the hotel. The room was spacious, bed clean and comfortable. There are chairs and sofa, kitchen utensils, etc. I especially enjoyed the neighborhood, plenty of good restaurants, safe and comparatively quite. Walking distance to tourist spots and close to metro. Thank you for the pleasant 2-day stay. Really enjoyed it.

Great hotel and location, lovely pool area too. Staff really helpful (an amenities pack would be useful like washing up liquid/coffee/oil) but aside from that really nice rooms.

Worst experience in a hotel. There was a drain smell in our room. They did not allow us to change room and when I asked for some refund they told me the smell came from our shoes! 10 euros was refunded for a stay of 3 nights, not even the price of a breakfast for one person. Terrible customer service. The rooms are dated and offer no privacy from the bathroom

Отель по хорошей стоимости, в центральном районе Эшампле, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, мы не пользовались транспортом вообще. Чисто, убирают каждый день. Приветливый персонал

飯店地理位置理想，出入嚴控管制，飯店新裝修，右邊有一家價格很便宜的aodi超市很方便。附近餐廳、咖啡廳很多很方便。 有些小缺陷： 1）浴室/馬桶由玻璃門分開兩面，玻璃門有點下垂，開關不順暢，設計不良 2）空調啟動緩慢，動力不夠，夏天會很炎熱

這是第二次住這家酒店了，因為上次住的感覺非常滿意，所以這次來巴塞隆拿又訂了這家酒店，但是這次住的沒有上次的好，而且還在我們第二天外出時進屋噴漆，回來後，氣味難聞燻人。因為第二天要早走趕飛機，就忍了。這次給差評。

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，酒店位置交通便利，離市中心很近，離景點也近，不用買交通票，因為交通票價格不便宜。酒店附近有直達機場大巴。酒店前台服務很好，很滿意的一次住宿體驗。

Appartement agréable, donnant sur l'arrière-cour assez typiqe de Barcelone. Grande baie vitrée qui ne s'ouvre pas. Assez peu équipé pour cuisiner (pas de machine à cafe, pas de produit à vaisse) mais très calme. Le personnel de ménage est très efficace: merci à lui. L'accueil est variable selon le personnel et le moment de la journée.
