Hotel is in a great location-5 minute walk from the top end of Las Ramblas and also very close to Catalunya square to catch the Airport shuttle. ( when arriving from Airport we got off at Universitat which is a 1 minute walk to hotel). Comfortable room with free safe and empty fridge to store your own drinks in. Supermarket directly opposite hotel. Kettler. Good breakfast in the bright and cool basement. The real selling point is the rooftop pool and sun beds. We visited in July and it was great , after a day of sightseeing in 30c , to cool off in the pool. There’s also a small rooftop bar serving beers and cocktails. Very reasonably priced hotel for such a good location and amenities

The staff are very friendly and professional and made us feel extremely welcome. We just stayed for four nights for the F1 and although we were wearing all our fan gear we were treated the same as all the other guests which is lovely in my opinion! Big thanks and I'm sure we will visit again in the future.

Wir haben von den Hotel viel erwartet, aber es war einfach kein gemütlicher Aufenthalt. Der Empfang ist wunderschön und das Restaurant auch aber das Deluxe Zimmer hat sofort meine Hausstaubmilben-Allergie ausgelöst. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist einfach kalt und nicht gemütlich. Zudem hatten wir Schimmel im Bad. Uns wurde dafür sofort ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich freundlich!

Stayed at this hotel September 2022. Me and my boyfriend have just come back from Barcelona and I can happily say we would return to this hotel again. Not only was this hotel a great price for 5 days but it also surpassed our expectations. When we arrived at this hotel we were greeted by some very friendly faces who were happy to help despite it being almost midnight- they also speak excellent english. Check in was very quick and easy and when we saw the room we were also satisfied. The room was very clean, no signs of wear and tear, and the same for the bathroom- very clean, no signs of mould, insects, stains etc. The towels that they provided were also very soft! The cleaner did an excellent job on our room everyday, admittedly we are a bit messy so we were very grateful for this. The hotel overall is very clean and modern looking , and on top of this they provide free coffee and water all day everyday. The pool is a bit small and the tiles on the floor outside the pool are a bit shaky/loose so be careful when you are walking about but nothing too devastating- we enjoyed a good splash and a sunbathe never the less. No breakfast is provided but we knew this going into the hotel- I am vegan so this probably wouldn’t have helped me anyway. The location of the hotel is also perfect- near the city centre, right near the metro, good restaurants, easy 20 min walk to beach and aquarium. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. The only thing I would say is that they should provide hand soap in the bathrooms but this is not a big deal at all. We are currently still at this hotel unfortunately but our hands are tied as we are only in Barcelona for a few days prior to a cruise. For the record, this is not a five star hotel. The lobby carpets are filthy and sofas/ pillows very worn. They have a bunch of 20 year olds with clearly not enough hospitality industry experience running the front desk, so be warned your problem will not be resolved. The only thing 5 star is the location at las Ramblas. That part is very convenient. We arrived from the US at around 9 AM fully aware that our hotel room would not be ready. One of two rooms was available so my in-laws were able to check in but our room was not so we patiently waited around town for several hours until about 1 o’clock, then returned to the lobby to check if the room was ready and it was not. We understood that 3 o’clock is the guaranteed check in time so we expected to be getting our keys at three. That was not the case . It still wasn’t ready until close to 3:30. The language barrier makes it difficult to convey frustration but my face does not. We are long time bonvoy members and should have at least gotten an upgrade. We finally get our keys and check in. A few hours later, we go out to see a show and return back to the room to find that my son’s rollaway bed has been completely unmade and stripped with no explanation. when we called about it, they seem to be aware of it and alleged that request was made an error, but it seems pretty suspicious. I don’t know what’s going on with this hotel but it certainly does not meet the standards for any Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Save the money and go somewhere else. .

部屋タイプによって結構違いがありそうです。私はある程度費用を抑えたかったので、宿泊したのは1階と2階の間の位置にあるお部屋。決して広くはないけど清潔感はありました。窓は床に接着した場所にあり、開けると通りを行きかう人との距離が近かったです。すぐ近くに大学があるからか大きな通りではないけど日中は行きかう人は常にいて、話し声も聞こえるため窓は常時閉めてました。浴室にも同じ位置に小さな窓がありますが、シャワーを使うとどうしてもこもるのでここだけはときどき開けてました（トレイをするときは閉めないと見えちゃうかも）。ホテルの目の前にごみ回収場所があり、瓶を回収してるのかガラスが砕けるものすごい音が一日に何度かします。ホテルの壁がとても薄いので隣の人の会話は聞こえてきます。 場所は良いです！Universidad駅から徒歩5分くらい？空港バスが停まるPlaça de Catalunyaからも徒歩10分するかしないかくらいで、石畳にちょっとだけ持ってかれたりしますがスーツケースと一緒の小柄女性でも歩ける距離です。 周辺の治安も問題なさそう。滞在中3名くらいのフロントの方と接触しましたが、みなさん感じがよく優しかったです。建物の2階か3階に無料のウォーターサーバーがあり、常温の水、冷たい水、ガス入りの水と多分氷？が選べました。お水はたくさん飲むので、これは意外とうれしいし助かるポイントでした。そして日本人が特に気になりそうなシャワーは、温度も圧も最高です！温度はむしろ熱々までいけそうなので、適温のところを見つけてやけどしないようにご注意を。 バルセロナの他のホテルを知らないので何ともですが、総称するとお値段相応という印象。お部屋は正直イマイチでしたがもともと期待値も高かったわけでもなく、観光で何日か寝るための場所と考えると十分かなと。
