One of the cheat service I received from the hotel, very disappointing, they charge me good amount of price for the single occupancy, in the evening I asked for drinking water, they served, lated they came with the bill asked me to signature, said it will be chargable, when I refused, they said you will get only the bottle is on the house, rest will be chargable, mean if I don't have money I can't drink water, I paid the bill being a General Manager of a luxury Resort, for me they are make me upset badly. Hope will not hunter by any other guest. That should clear before the check in that they are not feeding any water. Oops......... Most disappointing. Will not visit,may be never. God bless

Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. We stayed as a large group in multiple rooms. Rooms were basic, but the air conditioning worked well. The plumbing was ok too.Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The food via room service was very good, and good value. One note of caution..and not the hotels fault..but during HOLI the noise outside is non stop pretty much 24 hours a day. There is a open air venue next door with loud prayer and music lasting all night. So be aware you will need earplugs during this time.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. Management should look into this and take some corrective actions I have covered this hotel and Bolpur in my Youtube Channel. You will get the link in my profile. Planning a Trip to Shantiniketan this Holi? Then wait a minute and take a look at this beautiful Property. 📌 The Cristallo Resort , Khoai Haat, Sonajhuri, Santiniketan, West Bengal 731235 (2 Minutes Walking Distance from Sonajhuri Haat) You can Stay at their Beautiful Cottages or Deluxe Rooms with all the modern amenities. The rooms are very spacious here and you can get a beautiful view from the balconies. I absolutely loved the lawns here and they have multiple well maintained gardens. The best part is have a full sized swimming pool and a beautiful home decor shop inside the property. The Cristallo Resort has their own Multicuisine Restaurant that serves delicious food all day long. We tried their Bengali Dishes for lunch, Some Snacks in the evening with coffee and Chinese for dinner. The food was extremely good here and the complementary breakfast was the cherry on top. Overall I had a great experience. Every corner of this property is insta worthy and the most important thing is all the staffs are very friendly and helpful here.

SScenic64048786954We booked the hotel for a Golden anniversary celebration. This review is for the room service. Rooms are beautiful, lively, very clean and hygienic, the beds are warm and soft, the people are friendly and there is always someone around to help you out. The breakfast was lavish, tasty, the cheese omelet was gorgeous and the methi paranthas could not have bene better. There were healthier juice and food options too. So all in all , next time also, Fern would be our choice for stay. Mr Shubhankar deserves a call out here for being a very humble & patient person who is in-charge of the room service and gave us an awesome deal. There is just one suggestion: It wud be good to have a fan in the rooms. We do understand the concept of AC that can be adjusted as per one's needs. But with older people it is a struggle which we faced as we mainly had old people staying in the rooms, not very accustomed to using AC. And then there are people like me who are claustrophobic. I need the fan running on atleast speed 1 till the temp drops to 8 degrees.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities provided were appropriate and met all my needs. The staff were notably polite and accommodating. The buffet was a highlight, offering a tasty and varied selection that was perfect for starting the day. But the hotel's location by the highway. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great value for the price.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.i loved it.

PPANCHALThis charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I had a night's stay followed by breakfast (which was a second time for me). All aspects from ease of locating, checking in, stay, rooms, food were more than satisfying. While on the way, the front desk staff provided me the booking and after 11:30 pm the Head Chef was there who personally guided me to select the dinner. Lucky to have a Goanese dish of Chicken Vindaloo with Poi bread on Chef's recommendation followed by their own brand of mango icecream. Each of those had distinct taste of authenticty. Moreover, the coutesu extended by all staff from checkin, to personal care during dining (night and breakfast) is worth mentioning. The security staff took care of the parking needs special mention. I plan to return for dining and / or stay at the next opportunity.

PPengguna TetamuProperty is located on highway and very near to market area benachity and bhiringi. Hotel doesnot have its own restuarant so need to buy food from outside or online apps. Rooms were clean and hygienic. Request to owner - please provide blanket covers as the blankets are used back n back by your customers which can lead to health issues.
