Neat and clean hotel room, dinning hall and the lounge. Staffs are well behaved and prompt. Billing is quick. Housekeeping and dinning response is quick. Cab is also available with the hotel. Rooms charges are also optimum. It's stay is price worthy. Food rates are also at reasonable price. All together the stay is economical. Whatever is expected from a good hotel, all the facilities are available. Room services are good. Daily newspaper delivery in room is also an added advantage to get aware of the world. Distance from railway station is only 3 km. The hotel is located on main road, so transport is available at door step.

My first time visit to peerless hotel Durgapur....good stay room is very nice and comfortable.... Staff is very friendly room service is good.. buffet breakfast are just wow service by mousumi and susanta good person in the restaurant all staff is good...

Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities provided were appropriate and met all my needs. The staff were notably polite and accommodating. The buffet was a highlight, offering a tasty and varied selection that was perfect for starting the day. But the hotel's location by the highway. Overall, it was a positive experience and a great value for the price.

I visited Tarapith and Bolpur in Dec2021. It was a family trip. I had a 7 years old kid and senior citizen parents wirh me. Basically i booked this hotel online through their website . The best part is you can book the property by room number from wesite. One recommendation will be to book rooms on 1st Floor. That will give you the best views ( example : Room no 5 &6). The Hotel is decorated with a rural concept and you will get the feeling of mud house. So do not expect any high end luxury in the room. But you will have basic amenities like - AC/ mini fridge/ geyser etc. The USP of this property is its food. It is budget friendly yet yummy taste. If you are not a resident of the hotel then you will need to collect advance lunch token to get your chance. I am told by the manager that they have served lunch to 1000+ people on 25th Dec. People from all over Bolpur come to taste food here. The Sonsjhuri Haat is just outside the Hotel campus. In fact you can enjoy Baul Dance and Tribal Dhamsha Madol dance sitting on your balcony. The room rent is also decent. You will get Rooms in the range of INR 2000 - 2500. They have POS facility for all payments. The only challenge i faced was the service timeline. May to due to extreme rush on account of festive season they were unable to serve breakfast/ Lunch / Dinner on time and they have denied to accept orders in few instances. An excellent place to stay peacefully with family. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food is good yet cheap. Staff's behaviour is ok.

The staff members are demanding tip which is ok but they fixed the amount of the tip with any product which we are asked to serve, only that thing make felt us little uncomfortable apart from these good behaviour by all staff members, rooms are cost effective, hotel resturant and food are awesome, tea serving near pool area is unexpected for us overall 4 out of 5

We stayed as a large group in multiple rooms. Rooms were basic, but the air conditioning worked well. The plumbing was ok too.Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The food via room service was very good, and good value. One note of caution..and not the hotels fault..but during HOLI the noise outside is non stop pretty much 24 hours a day. There is a open air venue next door with loud prayer and music lasting all night. So be aware you will need earplugs during this time.
