Hotel berhampiran Church of Saint Mark of the Venetian, Bari

Stanza minimalista e buia. Ampio bagno pulito e confortevole, con una grande doccia ma con un lavabo ”mini”, soprattutto se rapportato alle ampie dimensioni del bagno stesso. Letto comodo ma con un fastidioso cigolio ogni volta che ci si gira o ci si siede. Buona la pulizia. Non so dire del condizionatore, perché non ne abbiamo usufruito. Non c'è la colazione ma questo non è un problema perché ci sono due ottimi bar in via Argiro, proprio adiacenti alla struttura. In pieno centro e quindi in ottima posizione per visitare la città, nuova e vecchia. Ho comunque trovato buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi sento di dire che ci tornerei.

AC doesn’t cool well, WiFi too week to use, elevator walls stained and dirty, carpets worn, no outlets by the bed, windows blocked by concrete panels, no shelf in the shower…the place just needs a total face lift. Shame on my tour company for booking me here. I won’t be using Firebird Tours again.

Posizione ottima...in 15 minuti sei a Bari vecchia e sul lungomare....camera bella, pulita curata...gentilissima Cinzia e carina col mio cane....tutto okokok...piccole carinerie come il vino offerto consiglio e se capita ci ritorneremo

As part of a group tour of Southern italy, we arrived in Bari and stayed at the only 5 star hotel in Bari-the iH hotels Bari Grande delle Nazioni, situated conveniently on the Lungomare. it was a nice sized hotel with a large lobby. The room I received was large, clean, spacious with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. The floor was wood, no carpets anywhere. The decor is somewhat dated but functional. It came with a large double bed, not too soft and there was a nice sized wide screen TV to view opposite the bed. . On the bed, there was a packet containing a robe and slippers. The bathroom is spacious, a lot of natural light and a toilet, bidet. and a shower with good water pressure. There was a large free standing closet [there are no built in closets in Italy] and in terms of temperature control, the room was comfortable. [This could be adjusted] A safe is in the bottom of the closet. Full mini bar. Room service was available if so desired and there was an electric coffee pot and adequate coffee and tea service but this lacked stirrers of any kind and powdered cream. You had to drink coffee black.[Caveat: clean the electric coffee pot out before you decide to use it.] Snacks were available for purchase. Steps are not clearly marked throughout the hotel and bannisters are at a minimum so one must be careful when walking. The floors are marble and one step is not clearly discernable from the next. Walk carefully, a fall could ruin your vacation. The breakfast was located on the 6th floor and was delicious with many choices-fresh fruit, croissants, breads of many kinds, prosciutto, fresh cheeses, etc. We had dinner with the group at this hotel since it was our first night there and the food and wine choices were superb-the appetizer we had was a penne pasta al dente peppered with cherry tomatoes and a tangy sauce. The entree was roasted chicken over potatoes with gravy. The Puglian wines were excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay and i would recommend and return.

Bulunduğu yer harika. Heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltılar çok güzel, taze ve göz doldurucu idi. Restaurant çalışanları Güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel odalarının duvarları ince ve ses yalıtımı iyi sayılmaz. Gezginler için çok güzel bir yer. Odadaki resme bayıldım.

Il bb si trova in un bel palazzo signorile, ben tenuto in pieno centro. La stanza era ampia e comoda. Consiglio solo di mettere nuovi antiscivolo sui gradini che portano alla doccia, per maggiore sicurezza. Così come un altro consiglio, forse più importante, è di mettere dei doppi vetri alle finestre, per insonorizzare la stanza, perché si sente tutta la movida notturna e la successiva pulizia delle prime ore dell’alba. Les chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top. On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci. Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable

After 10 days Italy and great hospitality you arrive at the Parco Dei Principi Hotel and everything you remember of Italian hospitality fades away. The arrogant way you are treated at the front desk, they should shame themselves. Who do the man and woman think they are? Later that evening we booked a taxi back to the hotel, arriving at the hotel we found out the driver only accepts cash. I asked the front desk (same man and woman) to charge my room for the cash money. They refused to help us, so I went to the airport with the driver. Been all over the world in high end hotels, but the arrogance of those 2 at the front desk still pisses me of. Go work somewhere hospitality is not an issue, they don’t get it at all. For me this is the first and last time. Then the room, I booked for 2 people, how will that work with one towel? They screw up on all fronts and I believe they do not give anything about it, otherwise the people at the front desk where not working here.

Hôtel très bien tenu à quelques 5 kilomètres de Giovinazzo donc voiture obligatoire. Espaces communs charmants , chambres standard sans charme mais très propres et confortables : bonne literie, serviettes bain changées tous les jours et air conditionné efficace. À savoir : pas de vraie plage . Je recommande pour un court séjour comme le nôtre.

Chose this hotel because we were flying into Bari and picking up our rental car at Bari airport for our Puglia road trip. I didn't want to drive into a city and wanted someplace easy and convenient to get to. The Hotel Barion fit the bill. Very easy to get to from the airport and a great view. Rooms were nice and clean, felt safe the whole time. The staff were all great. Had dinner at the restaurant after we arrived and even though there was a large tour group that was dining at the same time the service and food were very good. The breakfast on the top floor in the morning was wonderful.....view and food. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
