This hotel has provided excellent service and facilities in every aspect . Staff at reception, Sara, Andrea and Gianluca were extremely helpful with any query or request.. Breakfast excellent and nothing too much trouble... Regular coffee provided Chef Anthony provided an exceptional selection of fruit ,cheeses, meats every day Faultless in every aspect Would recommend and I intend to stay here again in the very near future......

Location, architecture, and staff all rate 4-stars. Unfortunately, the rooms do not. The balcony doors of the Deluxe rooms do not shut tightly, letting in the noises of this lovely but bustling city. Honking horns to barking dogs; revving motorcycles to cell phone conversations on the street below, the noise was deafening. Seems he old wooden door frames are warped and no longer align. A 4-star hotel room should offer sanctuary from city noise and a good night’s sleep. Also, in the two rooms I saw, rugs are worn, even stained and furniture is chipped. Finally, while the WIFI was fine, there were no USB outlets in the room. Check-in was friendly, breakfast fine, bed comfortable, water pressure good-- but this hotel is in serious need of updating. Given its prime location, beautiful bones, and lovely staff-- it certainly deserves it. .

We have to give the Bari Grande Albergo delle Nazioni full marks on everything. Firstly, the airline had lost our luggage and we needed to fill out, print, scan and email a bunch of documents. The staff could not have been more helpful! No matter what was needed, they were there. The staff at the rooftop restaurant were fantastic to. Very good breakfast with a beautiful view. The room was very spacious and had a mini-fridge, kettle and a great view of the harbour. The shower was hot and modern. The hotel is a quick walk to shopping and not far from the old town. A ferris wheel is located across the road which is good fun. There is a grocery store a couple short blocks away that is very well stocked. We loved this hotel and its staff. Highly, highly recommend.

Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

Semplicemente stupendo tutto perfetto servizio eccellente, camera pulita spaziosa e spa da capogiro

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - zumindest vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild und dem ersten Zimmer Eindruck her. Das Bad war jedoch tip top, alles neu und modern, super Regendusche. Riesen Areal mit Tagungsräumen und zig kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Der Sportraum ist ein Traum und riesig groß, Sauna und Indoor Pool stehen theoretisch auch zur Verfügung - leider beides nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, die Aufmachung hätte jedoch noch Potential. Nettes Personal, Desinfektionsmittel gab es auch im Eingangsbereich und Sport Raum. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und eines nach hinten raus bekommen, kein Lärm von der Straße - traumhaft. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis, inklusive Frühstück und Fitness Raum. Gerne wieder!
