Hotel berhampiran Museo Diocesano, Bari

Stanza minimalista e buia. Ampio bagno pulito e confortevole, con una grande doccia ma con un lavabo ”mini”, soprattutto se rapportato alle ampie dimensioni del bagno stesso. Letto comodo ma con un fastidioso cigolio ogni volta che ci si gira o ci si siede. Buona la pulizia. Non so dire del condizionatore, perché non ne abbiamo usufruito. Non c'è la colazione ma questo non è un problema perché ci sono due ottimi bar in via Argiro, proprio adiacenti alla struttura. In pieno centro e quindi in ottima posizione per visitare la città, nuova e vecchia. Ho comunque trovato buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi sento di dire che ci tornerei.

Posizione ottima...in 15 minuti sei a Bari vecchia e sul lungomare....camera bella, pulita curata...gentilissima Cinzia e carina col mio cane....tutto okokok...piccole carinerie come il vino offerto consiglio e se capita ci ritorneremo

Really enjoyed my experience at the Olive Tree in comparison to the other hostels I have visited in Italy. The staff are really friendly and helpful with knowledge on day-trips away from Bari and how to use the public transportation to get to a location. What I found really nice is that the would talk you through what each place was like, rather than refering to a QR code which other hostels now seem to prefer. Beds, bathroom and kitchen was clean - and there was also a lovely terrace outside. Good location to access public transport as well as getting into Old and New Town.

Bulunduğu yer harika. Heryere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltılar çok güzel, taze ve göz doldurucu idi. Restaurant çalışanları Güleryüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Otel odalarının duvarları ince ve ses yalıtımı iyi sayılmaz. Gezginler için çok güzel bir yer. Odadaki resme bayıldım.

Il bb si trova in un bel palazzo signorile, ben tenuto in pieno centro. La stanza era ampia e comoda. Consiglio solo di mettere nuovi antiscivolo sui gradini che portano alla doccia, per maggiore sicurezza. Così come un altro consiglio, forse più importante, è di mettere dei doppi vetri alle finestre, per insonorizzare la stanza, perché si sente tutta la movida notturna e la successiva pulizia delle prime ore dell’alba. Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

Les chambres sont très modernes et très propres, le petit déjeuner est bon, l’hôtel est bien situé à côté d’une plage de plus il y’a plein de bus qui mènent vers la ville. La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top. On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci. Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable

Everybody said the breakfast was amazing, we 100% agree! The best breakfast we ever had, as a very experienced traveler. We love this hotel and won’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

This is a clean, modern, welcoming, well equipped hotel with good sized rooms for a very reasonable price. The included breakfast is good with quite a lot of options. The free tea and coffee station and the reasonably priced honour system snack bar were both appreciated by us. We did not get a good night’s sleep unfortunately. We were on a non smoking floor but had horrible strong cigarette smells pumping into our room out of our air con. It’s 2023 - just make the whole hotel non-smoking as it does not work floor by floor. There was awful Muzak music (like piper music in a supermarket) coming from somewhere for most of the night, This is not the best place to stay to visit Bari as a tourist. It is in the somewhat bleak new residential area. It is a very long walk along uninteresting roads to get to the beautiful old town or you can spring for a taxi. There is not much at all in the nearest vicinity apart from ugly modern high rise buildings and scrubby lots and construction sites, although we found a local pub Malto’s 2 streets away which was pretty good. It is very close to the autostrada and just 15 minutes drive to the airport. The latter was the appeal for us for 1 night only for an early morning flight but earlier in our Puglia travels we stayed in the old town and if you are a tourist, you will have a much better experience if you do so. The hotel seemed full of tradespeople and other workers so this might be its niche market rather than tourists.

Hôtel très bien tenu à quelques 5 kilomètres de Giovinazzo donc voiture obligatoire. Espaces communs charmants , chambres standard sans charme mais très propres et confortables : bonne literie, serviettes bain changées tous les jours et air conditionné efficace. À savoir : pas de vraie plage . Je recommande pour un court séjour comme le nôtre.
