Stanza minimalista e buia. Ampio bagno pulito e confortevole, con una grande doccia ma con un lavabo ”mini”, soprattutto se rapportato alle ampie dimensioni del bagno stesso. Letto comodo ma con un fastidioso cigolio ogni volta che ci si gira o ci si siede. Buona la pulizia. Non so dire del condizionatore, perché non ne abbiamo usufruito. Non c'è la colazione ma questo non è un problema perché ci sono due ottimi bar in via Argiro, proprio adiacenti alla struttura. In pieno centro e quindi in ottima posizione per visitare la città, nuova e vecchia. Ho comunque trovato buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo e mi sento di dire che ci tornerei.

AC doesn’t cool well, WiFi too week to use, elevator walls stained and dirty, carpets worn, no outlets by the bed, windows blocked by concrete panels, no shelf in the shower…the place just needs a total face lift. Shame on my tour company for booking me here. I won’t be using Firebird Tours again.

Abbiamo trovato per caso questo beb è devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gentilissimo il ragazzo che ci ha risposto al telefono e accolto poi al nostro arrivo. Camera spaziosissima è molto pulita. Colazione super fatta nel bar sotto Jerome com cappuccino e brioche da urlo 😋. Posizione comodissima anche perché il parcheggio convenzionato a 2 min a piedi è perfetto. Sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta quando torneremo a Bari. Unico consiglio che do alla proprietà è quella di avere un occhio in più sulla manutenzione ed usura delle cose in camera ma cose davvero semplici. Un saluto alla prossima volta. La habitación no estaba mal y es cierto que estaba todo bastante limpio. El problema fue que el anfitrión no me envió como suele ser habitual dos días antes, ningún enlace para hacer el check in. Únicamente días antes me envió un enlace para introducir mis datos y los de mi novia pero nada más. Llegamos el día 1 de diciembre (festivo) y no nos había mandado nada, así que supusimos que nos abriría él mismo la puerta en el apartamento. No fue así, estuvimos en frente de la puerta llamándole sin parar ya que no teníamos los códigos para poder acceder a la vivienda (la cual ya habíamos pagado) y no obtuvimos respuesta hasta al menos 40 minutos más tarde. Una vez conseguí hablar con él, nos abrió remotamente las puertas y me envió el enlace del check in y el del pago de la tasa turística, por lo que no obtuvimos hasta al menos otros 20 minutos las claves para poder irnos tranquilos. Muy mal servicio, no lo recomiendo

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel - zumindest vom äußeren Erscheinungsbild und dem ersten Zimmer Eindruck her. Das Bad war jedoch tip top, alles neu und modern, super Regendusche. Riesen Areal mit Tagungsräumen und zig kostenlosen Parkplätzen. Der Sportraum ist ein Traum und riesig groß, Sauna und Indoor Pool stehen theoretisch auch zur Verfügung - leider beides nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig, die Aufmachung hätte jedoch noch Potential. Nettes Personal, Desinfektionsmittel gab es auch im Eingangsbereich und Sport Raum. Wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und eines nach hinten raus bekommen, kein Lärm von der Straße - traumhaft. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis, inklusive Frühstück und Fitness Raum. Gerne wieder!

This is a clean, modern, welcoming, well equipped hotel with good sized rooms for a very reasonable price. The included breakfast is good with quite a lot of options. The free tea and coffee station and the reasonably priced honour system snack bar were both appreciated by us. We did not get a good night’s sleep unfortunately. We were on a non smoking floor but had horrible strong cigarette smells pumping into our room out of our air con. It’s 2023 - just make the whole hotel non-smoking as it does not work floor by floor. There was awful Muzak music (like piper music in a supermarket) coming from somewhere for most of the night, This is not the best place to stay to visit Bari as a tourist. It is in the somewhat bleak new residential area. It is a very long walk along uninteresting roads to get to the beautiful old town or you can spring for a taxi. There is not much at all in the nearest vicinity apart from ugly modern high rise buildings and scrubby lots and construction sites, although we found a local pub Malto’s 2 streets away which was pretty good. It is very close to the autostrada and just 15 minutes drive to the airport. The latter was the appeal for us for 1 night only for an early morning flight but earlier in our Puglia travels we stayed in the old town and if you are a tourist, you will have a much better experience if you do so. The hotel seemed full of tradespeople and other workers so this might be its niche market rather than tourists.

La navette de l’hôtel vers la vieille ville est gratuite, c’est top. On as beaucoup aimer la piscine, les frites de patate douce ainsi que les mijotos à déguster au bord de celle ci. Le personnel est parfait , et mention spéciale pour Vito , le pool boy extrêmement gentil et très serviable

XxuexiaocaiOur travel agent booked the Boston for us. Front desk was very helpful. It was a nice surprise to find a few complimentary items for snacks. Our room is comfortable and clean. There are usb ports by each side of the bed. It is lacking in room lights and little to no counter space in the bathroom. Beds are firm. The AC is so-so but all our ACs on this trip have been so-so. Note, hairdryers are not provided but they will bring you one if you ask the front desk.

JJoshBMBooked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

As part of a group tour of Southern italy, we arrived in Bari and stayed at the only 5 star hotel in Bari-the iH hotels Bari Grande delle Nazioni, situated conveniently on the Lungomare. it was a nice sized hotel with a large lobby. The room I received was large, clean, spacious with a lot of natural light and high ceilings. The floor was wood, no carpets anywhere. The decor is somewhat dated but functional. It came with a large double bed, not too soft and there was a nice sized wide screen TV to view opposite the bed. . On the bed, there was a packet containing a robe and slippers. The bathroom is spacious, a lot of natural light and a toilet, bidet. and a shower with good water pressure. There was a large free standing closet [there are no built in closets in Italy] and in terms of temperature control, the room was comfortable. [This could be adjusted] A safe is in the bottom of the closet. Full mini bar. Room service was available if so desired and there was an electric coffee pot and adequate coffee and tea service but this lacked stirrers of any kind and powdered cream. You had to drink coffee black.[Caveat: clean the electric coffee pot out before you decide to use it.] Snacks were available for purchase. Steps are not clearly marked throughout the hotel and bannisters are at a minimum so one must be careful when walking. The floors are marble and one step is not clearly discernable from the next. Walk carefully, a fall could ruin your vacation. The breakfast was located on the 6th floor and was delicious with many choices-fresh fruit, croissants, breads of many kinds, prosciutto, fresh cheeses, etc. We had dinner with the group at this hotel since it was our first night there and the food and wine choices were superb-the appetizer we had was a penne pasta al dente peppered with cherry tomatoes and a tangy sauce. The entree was roasted chicken over potatoes with gravy. The Puglian wines were excellent. Overall, it was a very nice stay and i would recommend and return.

PPengguna TetamuBellissimo B&B davvero a due passi dal mare ed immerso nel verde. Gestore davvero attento, cortese e super disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Le stanze sono silenziose, pulitissime, perfette, dotate sia di condizionatore che di semplice ventilatore, il bagno grande e completo di tutto l’occorrente. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Stupendo il cortile/giardino con la possibilità di sedersi e godersi il fresco della sera. È stata una bellissima esperienza, grazie davvero di tutto, torneremo di sicuro!

I never review anything on the internet, but I made a trip advisor account just to make sure people knew about how awful this place was. We booked this place in the hopes of getting a rustic, charming experience but what we got was far from that. We stayed here after getting off the ferry from Dubrovnik on our way to Napoli. This was by far the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Location - 1/5 The first thing to note is that this hotel is NOT in Bari. There are no Ubers and the taxi into town costs €30 every time. You’re far from everything and it feels more like a neighborhood hotel not meant for travelers. Rooms - 2/5 The actual hotel is converted from a fort of some kind. Our room was in what used to be a closet and had cumbersome lock. The beds were insanely hard. Even with great AC (the one good thing here), we got very poor sleep because of the mattresses. The shower smelled weird and was tiny. I could barely move my arms in there to clean my body. The room we were stayed in was a faraday cage and blocked all cellular service AND the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Service - 0/5 The staff acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked them for anything. When we asked about the Wi-Fi situation, they told us there was nothing they could do and couldn’t switch rooms. That’s it. The staff seemed irritated every time we asked them to call us a taxi - remember there are no Ubers or other forms of transport nearby. If you’re used to any form of service at hotels don’t expect that here. Breakfast - 1/5 The breakfast was truly the saddest I’ve ever had anywhere. Just some cold, unappetizing meats and baked goods. Really low effort here. At least it was included in the price so there’s that to be thankful for. Overall, I would say this place is one to avoid if you want a good experience. We couldn’t get out of the place quickly enough. Bari itself is charming and well worth seeing. I would say you’re better off staying at a hostel in the actual city over this terrible hotel. This hotel gave me a new low to compare every other place too.

PPengguna TetamuDiciamo che per la festa di San Nicola a Bari vengono affittato anche gli sgabuzzini a prezzi folli. Però la camera che ci è stata riservata in questi B&B era davvero grande, spaziosa e pulita. Non c’è nessun personale ad accogliere i clienti perché si può aprire le porte già dalla strada tramite telefono mobile ed un link che viene inviato al momento della prenotazione. Il bagno è molto spazioso e comunque attrezzato di tutto. Il problema è che, mancando probabilmente il controllo, in camera nostra c’era un odore forte e acre di fumo che a nulla è servito lasciare spalancate le finestre per ore, grazie anche al favore di temperature miti. Poi l’isolamento acustico dei serramenti è pessimo, non si dorme. Al piano terra ci sono dei distributori automatici che vengono presi d’assalto da gruppi di ragazzi, anche nel pieno della notte. Peccato, poteva meritare un punteggio più alto.
