I was speechless to say the least. As I'm not a very fussy kind of person I thought it can't be THAT bad but my god it sure was....for the first time ever I saw a hotel room with a whole in the middle of the headboard of the bedframe, white spots all over the carpet (which i really don't want to even imagine where they came from) and dirty walls. To top it off the reception asked for a £50 cash deposit during my stay which honestly I didn't understand at all after seeing the state of the room. Anyway, I addressed the issue, the trip.com agent was helpful and then I got offered another room in the hotel which was much nicer (clearly newly renovated) but then i came to find a whole family of bugs in the shower....I will always check reviews after this experience. It was truly unexpected to experience this level of uncleanness in 2023 in UK. See the photos and come to your own conclusion

The air conditioner wasn’t working. The toilet wasn’t cleaned meanwhile I was told it was. The room wasn’t in good order and I had it booked prior to my visit.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Started off our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 8pm due to maintenance issues with the shower. We were put in a double room, three of us sharing one bed as the other option was for one of us to stay in the basement for the first night. The staff were rude & unhelpful when we asked to be refunded for the inconvenience as we all had a terrible night sleep. The rooms were unsanitary & outdated. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

Was a bit tied but clean suited purpose friendly staff very central and near to station for access into London,It was close to many restaurants and take aways it was a large ample sized room I was very surprised as it had a microwave and fridge witch was handy for my stay.

Absolutely disgusting, floor was filthy and full of stains. Beds were full of stains & hairs so bed sheets/covers were not changed. Toilets didn’t work. Broken glass around the room and worst part was the bed were full of bed bug. They told me they had no more room so I had to go sleep in the car with my 2 kids because I wasn’t letting my kids sleep in that room.

This hotel is a scam. We arrived at the hotel and the front desk told us we had no reservation leaving. After contacting them through support they are refusing to give me a refund and saying they have my reservation in their system.

I booked deluxe double room but they gave us another. No one came for cleaning.Their look like old and dirty.Their small table fan's front part is broken.They tried to fix up but after some moment it was happeing the same incident.Shower room had no water protected glass.Overall I am feeling fade up.

Poor service delivery, they changed my booking to a basement room without my consent only to find out upon arrival and the hygiene leaves a lot to be desired as sewage was flowing all over the floors, maintenance issues so they said

It was a one of the terrible night I have been ever the bed was not clean and all my body is red spot I take the tablets for it to go away hopefully soon .

Avoid at all costs!!! The room is tiny (deluxe twin) , the sheets and towels unwashed and stained. Room uncleaned. Bathroom unsanitary with the most disgusting sewage smell. When I went to reception to complain, the man was not sorry , did not want to help ,said there were no other rooms and we were to leave!!!! I am still waiting for my refund!!! The hotel is more of a hostel. The whole place is dirty.

Keep off this disgusting hotel !! The room smells like a sewage. The sewage smell comes from the sink, open tiles in the washroom, the defect toilet and shower!! It’s AWFUL !! No Aircondition, no WI-FI and the place is filthy !! It made my family and I literally SICK !! We couldn’t breath inn there or sleep!! We left after 2hrs, after checking inn. We booked the hotel through AGODA.COM and it’s sad that we haven’t gotten our money back. This hotel shouldn’t be existing anywhere in the world, leave alone London! What a shame? And those Indians who owns it are so arrogant and not apologetic. Is that how they live ?? Yuck!!
