Great hotel great view friendly staff nice breakfast highly recommend!

The hotel was walkable distance from the metro and the lobbies were clean however the rooms were quite small and dusty. Staff were friendly but some staff were a bit rude.

Very convenient and help staff, everything over expectations, room size big enough, clean and staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

English speakers in front desk, professional and helpful! Sound proof and low noise in the nite, even facing the street. fun neighborhood of K-town with great street foods. The balcony can see the clouds outside, that’s healing~

Really great experience！

The location is great for catching the train. The hotel is super close to some markets stalls (kinetsu line station) selling various food items and their fruits were cheap and good quality so I highly recommend you visit there. The Korea Town is also a 5 minute straightforward walk from the hotel but I do find that the shops are usually shut early (like before 6pm). At night, the area is super quiet and difficult to find places for dinner, at 8pm most restaurants are shut. There’s a small shrine nearby and we were able to watch the local matsuri and enjoy the food and culture! The front desk have many staffs that are fluent in different languages! Mandarin, English, Korean, Japanese and more! The hotel also has a seating area outside if you like some fresh air! Hotel also has a scale for weighing your suitcases! You can deposit your valuables with the front desk and they store it in a safe! Two of us had booked in and we did receive two rooms cards which is handy. The rooms are average size; you are able to open two large-size suitcases fully and can walk around them. There’s not much table area to put your stuff on top but not a big deal for us. Rooms are cleaned daily and bins are taking out etc.

It is far from the station and also the breakfast was just not so wonderful. But, the staff is very nice and they can speak english.

Good value for money. Kind reception.

京セラドームでのライブできました。一本で帰ることはできますが、駅から少し離れてること（夜は少し怖かったです）、　終電が思ったよりも早かったです。。鶴橋で夜ご飯食べるならいい立地だと思います！

作為一個四星酒店，連個凳子都不配，就配個置物箱，馬桶上也沒有清理乾淨，房間簡陋的還不如東橫的標準，太坑了，入住東橫也別訂這家酒店

駅から少し離れてはいますが、 部屋は綺麗でキャリーバッグを広げても充分な広さがあり 快適に過ごせました。 部屋内には寝巻きと歯ブラシがあります。 ブラシやシャワータオルなどはフロント後ろの棚に置いてあるので必要なものは揃ってます。 また大阪に行く際には利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました！

매일 침대시트를 갈아주는듯한 청결도는 꽤 마음에 들었고, 한국어 가능직원도 가끔보여 괜찮았으나, 관광으로는 위치가 애매하고 한국인 단체관광객이 많아 시끄럽다는 단점이 있습니다. 같은 한국인이지만 특정 지역에서 오신 어르신등의 고성은 좀... 다만, 근처가 오사카 코리아타운이라 한국보다 맛있고 저렴한 한식을 먹을수 있다는 장점이 있네요. 코리아타운에서 먹은 1100엔의 도가니탕정식은 정말 가성비최고인데다 정말 맛있었습니다.
