We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)

It was a decent room. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was spacious, they definitely needed a renovation and proper cleaning but it wasn't a very bad experience. If you just need the place for a night sleep that's alright. The price could be netter to be honest.

It is an average hotel. Not many amenities. I found it difficult connecting to Wi-Fi because of the speed. Not many options in breakfast. Location of the hotel is great. Rooms are small. Not value for money.

1. 這個酒店最大的優點是距離旅行集合點Golders green station 非常近，步行衹有4分鐘。Golders green station 是地鐵站，也是長途汽車站，地鐵直達倫敦市中心China town約30分鐘。 2. 酒店周邊有商業街和超市，人多比較熱鬧。 3. 酒店入口不顯眼，要從底樓餐館旁的小門進入。一般上午9點-18點有服務人員Check in，超過該時間段需要提前預約，酒店會提供自助入駐酒店的方式，很方便。 4. 酒店沒有電梯，房間不多，但服務員會熱情幫助提行李。房間大概是在10平方左右，各項設施齊全(有衛浴），能正常使用，房間打掃得非常乾淨，這讓我很驚訝。 5. 窗外能看到地鐵經過，但夜間不吵，不影響睡眠。 6. 酒店服務員 Mrs Claudia熱情主動，樂意幫助，有責任講信用。我們去蘇格蘭旅行，出發和回來都在這家酒店。期間，她幫我們保管了5天的行李和提供其他諮詢服務。我們對此很滿意。 如果要通過Golders green station 集合旅行，這個酒店是比較好的選擇。
