Hotel berhampiran Kids Playground at Telopea Park, Barton

Just returned from a 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room had 2 king size beds in two separate bedrooms both with televisions, bathroom, with shower/toilet and plenty of storage, lounge room, with lounge and 2 single seats, dining area with table and 2 seats, a washer/dryer combo and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage throughout the unit. Our dryer wouldn’t work and despite 2 people looking at it, no one could get it to dry. This was inconvenient as we had planned on being able to wash and dry clothes and towels. The TV in the bedroom with the window also didn’t work. We tried a different remote that turned it on but still said no signal. We advised reception on checkout and we’re told it would be passed on. As a regular Accor customer, I would have thought a discount might have been appropriate having pain $600 for two nights. Parking is also an addition $25/ day. Our wifi cut off in the morning before checkout time which I also found strange. Checkout was by 10am and at 630am, no wifi. The hotel is in a great location. There is no where to park and check in so I had to double park which was obviously not ideal. The lobby is also very small. The hotel was very clean and everyone we came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. We also didn’t get our room service, which again reception were advised about. The security thing you tap for entry to car park is on the passenger side which is difficult when you are in the car on your own! All these small issues aside, we had a great stay.

A perfect hotel for a quick stop over in Canberra. Only a few minutes from the highway making easy access to get back to our trip. On arrival we had a lovely warm welcome, the receptionist provided exceptional service. We stayed in room 218, over looking the pool. It was a one bedroom, the living and bedroom both had tvs. Reverse cycle a/c in both rooms. Bed was very comfy and soft. Coffee and tea amenities, with complimentarily cookies! The rooms and bathroom were very clean. Shower pressure was wonderful. Toiletries were a nice touch. The other reviews mention this hotel being more a motel, I don't think that. For the price it was perfect. The only sore point was parking, we arrived late and there was only two car spots left. It is free parking though! We would stay here again for a quick over nighter in the ACT

Loved that the hotel is so close to the airport + car hire services. I needed a suitable location due to my travel reason (personal, family), and the hotel was also able to provide affordable parking services.

Every aspect of my stay was very good, and as expected for a recently refurbished lower cost hotel, except for problems stemming from the code room access system. I had no trouble with the code system myself, however at 2.30am I was woken by a loud telephone call between two guests and a hotel representative on speaker phone which kept me awake for some time as they tried to gain access to their room. A number of other loud conversations continued to keep me awake as other guests used their balconies and stairs into the small hours of the morning. The secure parking area was fenced off but limited parking was available in the hotel grounds.

I went down with some friends for two days of Canberra races. The location was excellent. We got ubers everyday and generally they were $9 to get anywhere we wanted. The staff were friendly. The rooms were great. Dickson itself has some great pubs and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall our stay was excellent. Could not fault it.

Hotel ini sangat bagus, tinggal selama dua bulan. Kehidupan Gungahlin sangat mudah, berdekatan dengan Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, pasar raya BigW, membeli-belah adalah mudah. Terdapat juga kereta api ringan dan pengangkutan yang mudah. Terdapat juga tasik dengan itik, angsa hitam, dan pemandangan semula jadi yang indah. Suka Gungahlin di sini. Jika anda belajar di luar negara dan berhijrah di sini di Australia, anda boleh mengambil ujian PTE. Saya cuba mengambil ujian PTE sekarang. I had to attend a funeral in Canberra and a friend recommended this YMCA (Leumeah Lodge) in suburb of Nicholls, handy to that side of the city off the Barton Highway. This accommodation is very new. If your GPS is old, then No. 48 is not on it! It is located opposite McDonalds and behind KFC. It is lovely, spotless, nicely appointed with very helpful, friendly Reception staff. There are 58 (differing) and all non-smoking, rooms to suit most, including bunkbed rooms used by school groups. As a single, I chose the ”Queen” perfectly adequate for a couple - the room, bathroom and shower all spacious, with toiletries and hair dryer provided; the double bed was very comfortable. Air Conditioning and WiFi available with a wall mounted TV, tea/coffee bags & a kettle. There are dining facilities only for Groups but you can order a Breakfast Box the night before from Reception. Parking is available. This Lodge is far superior to many hotels I've stayed in and the cost far less! It was amazingly quiet overnight (a Thursday). I recommend this accommodation.
