Ulasan Hotel Santika Batam

Hotel was close to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, about 5 minutes walk away. Close to Mega Shopping Mall which is right next to ferry terminal. Hotel was rather new in condition, bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

Deluxe Executive Room has nice seaview. Their buffet breakfast is really yummy. Definitely will book this hotel again.

Close to ferry terminal. Clean room. Room sound proving is poor. Can hear noises from next room and bikes from the street. Breakfast spread more for locals. Need to have more choices for foreigners.

A new hotel… location near to Mega Mall and Batam Centre Seaport… BUT… if walk to these places not safe… the hotel doesn’t provide free transportation to these places but Paid transportation are provided… But you can call GRAB services if need transport… The room was nice and clean but the hotel provide 1 key so once you are out.. the room will be hot and stuffy… It takes 1 hour plus to cool the room… The toilet was spacious… The breakfast average… the food was not replenished fast enough… this I think is management issues not ensure sufficient staff to meet the demand… the food handling no gloves so direct Hands on your food… So you judge yourself to stay…

Very close to Batam centre Ferry terminal and walking distance to mall but at night be careful of big holes in the pavement whilst walking. Outlook of hotel looks new and clean. But inside hotel smells like toilet air freshener. Inside room smoke smell. Tried calling front desk to request if have non smoking room but no one pick up call so I just left it since only 2 nights. But didn’t enjoy going back to sleep…. Luckily I brought essential oil so I tried wiping down the floor and cleaning the room to freshen up… tried opening the window to air the room but sewage smell is strong outside…. Went to breakfast at 9am and food very empty… selection a lot but not refilled. Made do with it and just ate some rice and meat.. The price is really cheap so cannot expect too much I guess. Would not return definitely. Grab taxi is cheap there and we enjoyed the laid back club and cafe hopping for the 2 days we are there.

Good: food selection during breakfast dinner was delicious. Room is of comfortable size. Near mega mall Batam and Batam center ferry terminal. There's hot water in the room. Bad: sound proofing of the room is not so good. Aircon makes a bit of noise once in a while. Requested for a quiet room but got a room near lift lobby where there are a lot of traffic.

it's located near batam centre and mega mall, 400-500m away. hotel is new and better than i thought it would be, it is clean and spacious, breakfast is decent enough, staff are nice.

Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, strong aircon and water heater. Only setback was the noise from the road that came from motorcyclists racing.

Very good customer service during check-in and out. We could also have concierge keep our luggage while we exploded the area before our rooms were available. Room generally clean but still strong recommend u wear their bedroom Slippers. Take note that walking to the hotel from ferry terminal is super convenient but will need just abit of walking alongside the road.

Good stay. Will return when the next time in Solo. Service god and room clean.

It's a quick stay, close to the mall, food and restaurants are walking distance away. Room is neat, but sadly it doesn't have a bathrobe nor a fridge. The room is nice but it isn't soundproof. I was staying at 10th floor and you can hear the cars and bikes noise the whole night. But if you're not a lightsleeper, I think this is fine overall.

Good location and the hotel is very clean. Overall it is a very good stay with a very nice sky restaurant for breakfast.

Booked this for my business partner. We liked the place for easy access to other parts of Batam. He is a penny pincher, so the hotel passed his tests for great value for money. Great that we found this place.

Room can be improved. Breakfast was good only they took a longer time to refill.
