Suasana Pusat Feri e Batam dengan pemandangan yang mengagumkan dari atas bumbung. Kakitangan Kakitangan yang sangat mesra, penuh perhatian & akomodatif & pemilik berada di sana dengan suasana yang sangat positif. harga Berpatutan & Berpatutan Pengangkutan - 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Feri Batam Kemudahan - Kolam Renang, Gimnasium, Sarapan Pagi Atas Bumbung - Depan Dataran, Muzium, Masjid - Pemandangan papan tanda Welcome Batam

Kecewa, pergi ke bfast untuk sesak dan pelayan meminta untuk datang bck mesti menyenaraikan nama, tunggu di bawah senarai menunggu ini sangat buruk tidak pernah terserempak mempunyai hotel dan perkhidmatan seperti ini, pergi mereka dibenarkan untuk makan bfast segala-galanya adalah selesai makanan semua emty syurga topup...sangat2 ​​Kecewa...

Overall, my stay at Hotel Santika Batam was pleasant. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, upon entering the room, there was a strange odor—likely from the recent renovations. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a scrumptious variety that left a great impression. That said, there were a couple of drawbacks. The shower was problematic, as the water temperature fluctuated constantly between hot and cold, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower. Additionally, the hotel only provides one room key card, which controls both the electricity in the room and access to it. This lack of an extra card was inconvenient, especially when stepping out to collect food or attend to errands, as it left the room without power. In summary, while the stay was generally comfortable, a few issues with the shower and room card policy could be improved for a better guest experience.

The room is in good condition but the breakfast is just so so. If you're a food hunter, suggest you to go out and eat instead

Nice and good staff, location good. gym small, pool ok, but tining not good, need to extend during night time, currently until 6pm only, for us business traveller not enoigh time.

The face is very clean..and the breakfast was very good.

Near to Batam Center which can be easy access to ferry service to Johor and Singapore. Hotel roof top restaurant have a nice view

Friendly staff and they surprised me on my bday and the break fast so damn nice they give me earlier check in. I so satisfying and happy!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is immaculate especially if you are first time traveller from Singapore to Batam Centre as it is really just a stone throw away from the Ferry Terminal. The hotel feels very new and clean. And honestly for the price, I can't really see why this hotel is a 3 star hotel and not a 4 star one.

Hotel was close to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, about 5 minutes walk away. Close to Mega Shopping Mall which is right next to ferry terminal. Hotel was rather new in condition, bed was comfy, breakfast was great!

Santika Hotel is my regular hotel, the rooms are clean and very spacious, the breakfast is very satisfying, every time I go to Batam I like to stay here

Deluxe Executive Room has nice seaview. Their buffet breakfast is really yummy. Definitely will book this hotel again.
