Penyambut tetamu hotel sangat prihatin dalam menerangkan di mana kami boleh meletak kereta. Daftar masuk sangat baik sekali lagi sangat prihatin dan kami ditawarkan naik taraf percuma. Lokasi hotel sangat baik (mati pusat kepada semua kemudahan di Bath). Bilik itu bersih dan kelihatan sangat baru juga. Langkah Covid semua diperhatikan. Bar yang bagus dengan pilihan wain yang sangat baik pada harga yang sangat berpatutan. Secara keseluruhannya hotel dan penginapan yang hebat. Daftar keluar juga cepat dan mudah. Oh dan biskut coklat yang disediakan semasa daftar masuk adalah hebat!

Lokasi sangat baik, sangat dekat dengan tarikan, perkhidmatannya juga sangat baik, sanitasi sebenarnya baik-baik saja, secara keseluruhan cukup bagus, biliknya bagus

Location of the hotel is superb, with walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre near Romans bath. General atmosphere of the hotel is good. Room is comfy and nicely decorated. However, when we first got into the room, I noticed there was a used bath towel (probably left by the previous guest) left hanging inside the bathroom which is not so good…..😊 Otherwise it is good and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a decent good hotel near city centre.

Great hotel. Really central to bath town. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you could need. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Couldn’t fault it especially at that price point! Would return

Rooms is spacious enough, bed is comfortable. Hotel buffet breakfast is just fine. Theres not much choices but the service on check in/out is good. Dont expect much on lift, lift is small and quiet slow.

Excellent stay just needed cookies on arrival and fresh to order eggs like you used to :)

Worst hotel experience ever! Arrived around 6 pm, & front desk told us our room was not made yet. Thankfully, another lady came & said it was. Some faulty alarm kept going on for a long time at night, & noone could fix it.. Rooms were all booked, so couldn’t move. Was told that we would get some refund, affer approval from management, however, very irresponsible management who do not bother to respond at all!

Hotel located in the town center and closed to the famous historic spots. Within 10 minutes walk and you could do shopping, sightseeing and dinning whatever you like. Hotel breakfast is great with vary choices of food. Additional a large car parking facility and supermarket just next to the hotel. It’s make your trip more convenient. Must book again if I go to Bath next time.

Nice room, bathroom was a bit outdated. Would’ve been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast was nice.

Location is good, walking distance to all attractions and restaurants, Waitrose next door. The carpark is close, though a bit expensive but easy to park, and many spaces. Room is considered spacious for our family of 3 and breakfast is good. All staff are polite.

It was nice location and Good mood.Especially the breakfast was brilliant. But there is no water in the room and the elevator number was limited.

Nice hotel , positioned right in the centre close to the Abbey, breakfast was very good, friendly and helpful staff

Evening meal menu is minimal, no desserts or room service. Lunch menu basic and expensive. Hotel looks lovely just a shame not fully operational and upto Hilton standard. No room cleaning and asked three times for clean towels and then they brought only one! Given cookie with nuts and no checking on allergens. Asked for sweets alternative and told just for kids! Reception team are rude and not helpful. Room hot and air con not working.
